رامج الهيئة 1- برنامج التوعية وبناء القدرات. يهدف هذا البرنامج الى زيادة قدرات الشباب المحامين والمكلفين بإنفاذ القانون والعاملين في المؤسسات الاهلية والنساء والأطفال والأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وتزويدهم بالمعرفة المتخصصة والتي تشمل معايير حقوق الإنسان وأدوات المناصرة الدولية وأدوات الأمم المتحدة والنهج المبني على حقوق الانسان والاتفاقيات الدولية لحقوق الإنسان. و تصميم وتنفيذ برامج تدريب طويلة وقصيرة وانشطة توعية حسب حاجات الفئات المستهدفة وتشمل برامج اعداد الباحث الحقوقي وبرامج تدريب لنشطاء حقوق الانسان الصحفيين والمحامين والطلاب والشباب وبرامج التدريب للمدافعين عن حقوق الانسان وبرامج توعية وتدريب للعاملين في الجهات الحكومية والاهلية تحترم منطلقات الحكم الرشيد والتنمية وحقوق الانسان. ويعمل البرنامج على تنظيم أنشطة وندوات وورش عمل وايام دراسية ومؤتمرات وملتقيات لتبادل الخبرات وللتوعية والمناصرة لحقوق الانسان وتنفيذ برامج إبداعية مثل المنتديات والجامعات الصيفية المحاضرات والانشطة الابداعية الهافة الي تعزيز التوعية والتثقيف بحقوق الانسان إضافة الي انتاج ادلة عمل وموارد تدريب و توعية. 2- برنامج الدعم القانوني والحقوقي يهدف هذا البرنامج الى مناهضة كافة انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان في فلسطين ومتابعتها مع المؤسسات الحكومية والمؤسسات الدولية وتقديم الدعم القانوني لضحايا انتهاكات حقوق الانسان ويشمل البرنامج رصد وتوثيق الانتهاكات ومتابعتها مع الجهات الدولية والحكومية المختصة وتقديم الاستشارات القانونية ومتابعة شكاوي المواطنين وإصدار التقارير والمذكرات الرسائل الحقوقية وتزويد المنظمات الدولية خاصة التابعة للأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الإقليمية المعنية بحقوق الانسان بالمستجدات حول حالة حقوق الانسان والشعب الفلسطيني بشكل دوري . 3-برنامج الأبحاث والسياسات يهدف البرنامج الى القيام بدور مؤثر وفعال في تحفيز التفكير والبحث الجاد لتطوير خيارات وبدائلَ موضوعية تسهم في دعم حقوق الانسان وخصوصاً حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني ، من خلال انتاج دراسات وابحاث وأوراق بحثية متخصصة وتشمل اوراق مواقف أوراق حقائق وسياسات وتقارير حقوقية متخصصة حول انتهاكات وقضايا حقوق الانسان في فلسطين ، كما ويهدف البرنامج الي تنفيذ وتطوير برامج تدريبية موجّهة للكوادر البحثية الحقوقية والسياسية الشابة، بما يساهم بتطوير الإنتاج البحثي الفلسطيني في مختلف القضايا التي تهم الشعب الفلسطيني ، وتفعيل الحوار بين محتلف الأطراف ذات العلاقة وصناع القرار وخاصة الشباب الفلسطيني وبما يعزز مشاركتهم في تقديم رؤي ايزاء التحديات الوطنية والانسانية. 4-برنامج الاعلام والمناصرة الدولية يهدف هذا البرنامج الى تفعيل وتعزيز التعاون والتشبيك مع المؤسسات والحركات الدولية الداعمة لحقوق الانسان والمناهضة للاحتلال وانتهاكاته في الأراضي الفلسطينية، إضافة الي تنظيم وتوسيع الفعاليات التضامنية مع حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني على المستوي الوطني والعربي والدولي وتعمل الهيئة على تطوير شبكة سفرائها للنوايا الحسنة في مدن ودول العالم لمناصرة حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني ، ويعمل البرنامج على توظيف كل تقنيات المناصرة واستخدام وسائل الاعلام والاعلام الاجتماعي لوضع المعنيين في صورة حالة حقوق الانسان في فلسطين وبما يعزز الدعم لحقوق الشعب الفلسطيني . 5-بنك الفرص والمبادرات التنموي يهدف البنك إلى دعم الفئات المهمشة وضحايا انتهاكات حقوق الانسان وتمكنيهم من امتلاك مهارات مناصرة حقوقهم ومساعدتهم على تنفيد وادارة مشاريع تنموية وفق النهج الحقوقي التنموي وبما يحقق مردود أنساني حقوقي وتنموي يستجيب إلى احتياجات الناس ويحمي حقوقهم ، والعمل على تبني وتمويل مبادرات الشباب والمبدعين الهادفة لمناصرة وحماية حقوق الانسان . بناء جسر بين الفلسطينيين في الداخل والشتات والداعمين لحقوق الانسان لضمان التعاون المشترك لخدمة الفئات المستهدفة وحماية الحقوق الوطنية الفلسطينية وتعزيز احترام كرامة المواطنين ودعم صمودهم في الاراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة . تشجيع تنظيم مبادرات تضمن استثمار الطاقات الكامنة والابداعية لدي شريحة الشباب والنساء والاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة وبما يدعم حقوقهم ومشاركتهم السياسية والاجتماعية

2- برنامج الدعم القانوني والحقوقي
يهدف هذا البرنامج الى مناهضة كافة انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان في فلسطين ومتابعتها مع المؤسسات الحكومية والمؤسسات الدولية وتقديم الدعم القانوني لضحايا انتهاكات حقوق الانسان ويشمل البرنامج رصد وتوثيق الانتهاكات ومتابعتها مع الجهات الدولية والحكومية المختصة وتقديم الاستشارات القانونية ومتابعة شكاوي المواطنين وإصدار التقارير والمذكرات الرسائل الحقوقية وتزويد المنظمات الدولية خاصة التابعة للأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الإقليمية المعنية بحقوق الانسان بالمستجدات حول حالة حقوق الانسان والشعب الفلسطيني بشكل دوري .

3-برنامج الأبحاث والسياسات
يهدف البرنامج الى القيام بدور مؤثر وفعال في تحفيز التفكير والبحث الجاد لتطوير خيارات وبدائلَ موضوعية تسهم في دعم حقوق الانسان وخصوصاً حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني ، من خلال انتاج دراسات وابحاث وأوراق بحثية متخصصة وتشمل اوراق مواقف أوراق حقائق وسياسات وتقارير حقوقية متخصصة حول انتهاكات وقضايا حقوق الانسان في فلسطين ، كما ويهدف البرنامج الي تنفيذ وتطوير برامج تدريبية موجّهة للكوادر البحثية الحقوقية والسياسية الشابة، بما يساهم بتطوير الإنتاج البحثي الفلسطيني في مختلف القضايا التي تهم الشعب الفلسطيني ، وتفعيل الحوار بين محتلف الأطراف ذات العلاقة وصناع القرار وخاصة الشباب الفلسطيني وبما يعزز مشاركتهم في تقديم رؤي ايزاء التحديات الوطنية والانسانية.

يهدف هذا البرنامج الى تفعيل وتعزيز التعاون والتشبيك مع المؤسسات والحركات الدولية الداعمة لحقوق الانسان والمناهضة للاحتلال وانتهاكاته في الأراضي الفلسطينية، إضافة الي تنظيم وتوسيع الفعاليات التضامنية مع حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني على المستوي الوطني والعربي والدولي وتعمل الهيئة على تطوير شبكة سفرائها للنوايا الحسنة في مدن ودول العالم لمناصرة حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني ، ويعمل البرنامج على توظيف كل تقنيات المناصرة واستخدام وسائل الاعلام والاعلام الاجتماعي لوضع المعنيين في صورة حالة حقوق الانسان في فلسطين وبما يعزز الدعم لحقوق الشعب الفلسطيني .

5-بنك الفرص والمبادرات التنموي
يهدف البنك إلى دعم الفئات المهمشة وضحايا انتهاكات حقوق الانسان وتمكنيهم من امتلاك مهارات مناصرة حقوقهم ومساعدتهم على تنفيد وادارة مشاريع تنموية وفق النهج الحقوقي التنموي وبما يحقق مردود أنساني حقوقي وتنموي يستجيب إلى احتياجات الناس ويحمي حقوقهم ، والعمل على تبني وتمويل مبادرات الشباب والمبدعين الهادفة لمناصرة وحماية حقوق الانسان .

بناء جسر بين الفلسطينيين في الداخل والشتات والداعمين لحقوق الانسان لضمان التعاون المشترك لخدمة الفئات المستهدفة وحماية الحقوق الوطنية الفلسطينية وتعزيز احترام كرامة المواطنين ودعم صمودهم في الاراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة .

Within the program lines of the Clubture network, the Kooperativa community has, before being formally established and registered, been working on building cooperation and connecting organisations from SEE. From 2005 to 2007, the first phase of the program exchange and collaboration between organisations in SEE was carried out, within which thirty-three public events took place. From 2009 to 2011, together with regional organisations, a public consultation process Exit Europe was conducted, with a focus on critical consideration of parallel processes of defining European cultural policies and enlargement of the Union, which resulted in the development and advocacy of the Position Document for Policy Recommendations at EU, national and local levels. After its formal establishment in 2012, Kooperativa focuses on advocating for a sustainable support mechanism for cooperation between organisations in the region, on the exchange of programs between independent culture organisations, and on their strengthening and networking. Since 2016, a small-scale crisis support mechanism Regional Cultural Action Laboratory (Reg Lab) has been introduced through which over 20 campaigns and initiatives in the fields of advocacy and activism have been supported by now. In 2017 Kooperativa conducted a pilot program of regional cooperation and exchange, through which 11 collaboration projects were supported, engaging 40 organisations from SEE. Since 2021, the support by the Creative Europe Cooperation in the Western Balkans program enabled the continuation and widening of regional program cooperation and exchange through Twinning and Mentorship programs as well as widening the scope of the Reg Lab mechanism. Our activities and programs are also socially engaged, based on a research approach, and are the result of cooperation between organisations with a long history of independent culture activism, critical consideration of the socio-political context and engagement in local communities.

The Education Programme ensures women and adolescents can acquire skills and gain new knowledge and awareness that improves both their daily lives and that of their communities, while enlarging their scope of involvement in the community. We have more than 20 years of field experience and have developed a curriculum and methodology recognised by the Ministry of Education. This enables women to receive an official high school equivalency certificate, and we have helped more than 2,700 adult women learn to read and write and more than 200 women have completed high school through our activities, with many continuing to higher education.

The goal of the Empowerment and Participation programme is to promote gender equality, strengthen the collective voice of women and their meaningful participation in all spheres of life, and the realisation of their rights. Since the programme was established, more than 2,000 women have participated in leadership and rights awareness programmes; we have built the first Women’s Centre in an unrecognized village serving more than 90 women; and the programme has also built the skills of over 400 local women leaders and advocates.

The goal of the Economic Development Programme is to ensure Bedouin women in the Negev acquire skills to become entrepreneurs or can join the labour market and have access to a stable income. The programme has resulted in 120 women gaining the tools to ensure the optimisation of spending, benefits and savings by boosting their financial literacy, allowing them to incorporate financial planning strategies in their households; 115 women have developed entrepreneurial skills and expanded or established a small business; and 650 women, children, and men as well as 80 volunteers have benefitted from the innovative Desert Gardens’ Project, launched in 2013.

Projects Active Citizens Fund (ACF) Project: With the generous funding provided by the ACF, we implemented a project centered around non-formal education and human rights learning. Through a series of interactive workshops, seminars, and training sessions, we reached over 200 youths, creating a more informed and socially aware youth community. The participants demonstrated a significant increase in their understanding of human rights principles and their role in upholding them. Erasmus+ Mobilities: Youth Buzz successfully executed two mobilities under the Erasmus+ programme. The first mobility brought together 20 youths from various European countries for a cultural exchange programme. This opportunity allowed participants to learn about different cultures, traditions, and perspectives, thus fostering intercultural understanding and tolerance. The second mobility focused on youth entrepreneurship, involving 25 young individuals in workshops and training sessions designed to hone their business skills and innovative thinking. Human Rights Training: We organised a specific training course on integrating non-formal education into human rights subjects. This course was attended by 30 youth workers and educators. It equipped them with the tools and methodologies to deliver engaging and impactful human rights education. The feedback received from the participants was overwhelmingly positive, with many of them already implementing the learned methodologies in their teaching practices.

At the core of our initiatives, we explore themes of coexistence, harmony, rhythm, symbiosis, cohabitation, and mimesis. Rather than providing definitive answers, these terms serve as thought-provoking questions, urging us to question the mainstream urban narrative and revisit our perceptions of existence.
