مشكاة: برنامج دعم النشر والترجمة
لماذا مشكاة؟ لأننا نبحث عن الضوء. قديماً، درج أن تكون المشكاة هي الفتحة في الحائط، ومع الوقت درج أن يوضع فيها القنديل، لكي تُنير المكان، والمشكاة في "مرفأ"، مساحة ضوء لشعوب متعددة نحو ثقافات متعددة محيطة بهم.
يهدف البرنامج إلى المساهمة في تنشيط حركة النشر والترجمة بين لغات دول منطقة شرق المتوسط ودعم الكتابات الإبداعية والنقدية والبحثية ومحاولة إيجاد السياقات الثقافية والفنية المشتركة بين ناس شرق المتوسط.

منارة: مهرجان سينما المناخ والهجرة
يُبحر القارب من الإسكندرية إلى بيروت واللاذقية وسميرنا ونيقوسيا وأثينا، ويستدل بالمنارة إلى المكان الذي يجب أن يصل إليه. مرافئنا لطالما كانت صلة الوصل بين الشعوب المختلفة المنتشرة في بلدان شرق المتوسط. والسينما اليوم، وسيلة لكي يبقى هذا التواصل في عصر صارت الصورة فيها، هي التي تعبر بنا إلى الآخرين، ولهذا وُجد "منارة".
يهدف هذا البرنامج إلى إقامة فعاليات ومهرجانات سينمائية لعرض الأفلام المستقلة وإتاحة الفرصة لتعريف متلقين من هذه المنطقة، على الإنتاج السينمائي المستقل والتركيز على موضوعات محددة مثل حقوق الإنسان والحريات العامة - الهجرة والوطن - الجندر والنسوية - التراث والتغير المناخي.

مرساة: موسيقى مشتركة بين الشعوب
نصل إلى المرفأ، نُفلت المرساة ليثبت القارب المحمّل بكل أنواع الموسيقى التي تزخر بها منطقتنا، ولكي تسمع شعوبنا ما طربت له آذان مجتمعاتنا المتنوعة من اليونان إلى مصر فسوريا وما بينها. "مرساة"، لنقول إن بالموسيقى تحيا شعوبنا، وتتواصل، وتنهض إلى الحياة.
الهدف من المشروع إقامة فعاليات موسيقية وتعريف المنطقة على الأعمال والأنواع الموسيقية المستقلة والبديلة، من خلال العمل على تنظيم لقاءات بين الموسيقيين/ات، وتشجيع الحوار والإنتاج الموسيقي، وإتاحة منصات متعددة لهذا التبادل، بأسلوب يتناسب مع التطور التكنولوجي الحاصل، في العالم، لنستفيد منه في التشارك الموسيقي بين بلدان شرق المتوسط.

مشروعات المؤسسة :
أولا : التوعية ببرامج الحماية الاجتماعية وإجراءات وشروط الحصول على تكافل وكرامة بالقليوبية وأسفرت المبادرة عن توعية ألاف من الفئات المهشمة بالإجراءات والشروط وصولا إلى صرف المعاش للمستحقين
ثانيا : مكتب تلقى شكاوى المواطنين والتواصل مع الجهات المعنية لحلها
تلقى المكتب المئات من الشكاوى المتعلقة بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في العديد من المحافظات لاسيما صعيد مصر والمحافظات النائية وخاصا لشكاوى المتعلقة بالحق في التعليم
ثالثا : دعم الفئات المهشمة، حيث تم التنسيق مع إحدى الشركات لبيع السلع الغذائية بأسعار مخفضة للمناطق والقرى الأكثر احتياجا
رابعا : متابعة الانتخابات حيث قامت المؤسسة بتدريب الشباب على أليات الرصد والمتابعة في الانتخابات وبالفعل تم متابعة الانتخابات الرئاسية الماضية في مارس 2018 والاستفتاء في ابريل 2019. عن طريق 3000 متابع متطوع بكافة محافظات مصر بعد الحصول على الموافقات الرسمية
كما شاركت المؤسسة فى تدريب المدربين ببرنامج التكتيكات الجديدة فى مجال حقوق الانسان المنعقد فى عمان بالاردن فى الفترة من 4 الى 9 كانون الاول 2021

-ateliers pour le développement des compétences des jeunes adolescents (élèves en scolarisation) -ateliers deuxième chance pour des élèves en décrochage scolaire -ateliers pour des jeunes en recherche d'emploi -formations pour personnel d'associations partenaires -sorties,excursions thématiques pour les femmes: parentalité positive, résilience....

TCSE works at the centre of the social entrepreneurship ecosystem. Indeed, it develops programs that target a spectrum of beneficiaries at the four levels of interventions. At the Macro level, TCSE works closely with the public institution to contribute to law reforms through research, public policy briefs or advocacy campaigns (eg: Medtown project). At the MESO level, the association provide a wide range of program that supports civil society organisation to develop their services and social impact (eg: SAMIM, RISE, GVA...). At the MICRO level, TCSE provides social entrepreneurs with incubation and acceleration programs to help them develop, sustain and scale up their businesses through making a social and environmental impact and revenue (Trait d'Union, Green Works, Medup...). At the NANO level, the organisation works on spreading awareness about social entrepreneurship through different projects that take different formats ( events, discussion panels, fellowships, exchange programs...)

We see three kinds of activities taking place at Open Space Mindpark:

1. Recurring events - Events that take place at regular intervals such as Coder Dojo (coding for children every Tuesday evening), Pecha Kucha Nights (once a month), Open Sessions (coaching by experts on areas such as accounts, networking, sustainability etc., usually once a week)

2. Stand-alone events - Events that occur either on one day or during a period, but have an ending date. For example, in 2022-2023, we had someone organize workshops on sustainability over 4 months as part of a grant they had received. Another example is when volunteers collecting humanitarian aid for Ukraine organized an art market to raise funds.

3. Exhibitions - We also offer physical space to new artists who want to showcase their works to a test audience. The space can also be given out to any product prototype. An example of the events that took place in Q1 in 2023 can be seen in the report attached.

اقامة مؤتمرات وندوات توعوية

The "Regional Development-Sensitive Harmonization Strategy and Action Planning Framework" Research within the scope of the SUMMIT project supported by ICMPD, of which the General Directorate of Migration Management is a partner, started on February 8, 2021 and ended on November 22, 2021. The Topological Atlas project uses digital technologies and participatory methods to create visual counter-geographies at border sites, focusing on marginalized communities often ignored by traditional geopolitical inquiry. Led by İlke Şanlıer Yüksel and funded by EU Horizon 2020, the project aims to provide a fresh perspective on contemporary borderscapes. The X-European project, funded by Erasmus+ KA2 Action, aims to explore the potential of Third Space methods for social inclusion and intercultural dialogue in the context of rising populism and exclusive nationalisms in Europe. The project involves four partner organizations developing specific Third Space activities, which will be evaluated and shared in staff training workshops with the aim of improving educational practices and promoting a counter-narrative to populism.

Actually when it comes to international projects and exchanges our association , “La Volonté” has experienced a variety of projects with different partners from different countries such as Germany , Jordan , Italy , Turkey , Egypt ..

In fact international exchanges is one of the axes our association is working on and interested in..

Some of those projects were seminars, other cultural exchanges with several contentious issues and topics.
The recent project was a bilateral youth exchange between Germany and Tunisia in which we have discussed gender issues and sports. The project was divided into two parts the first in Tunisia and the second part in Magdeburg, Germany. Our association has participated at first in the creation and the organisation of the project and then in preparing the Tunisian group, composed by the young association’s members.

Improving youth organisations in international projects seems to be a basic competence to guarantee a good interaction between all the associations worldwide.
