General Information
I have been working with the Civil Society community since 1999 where I have started as Projects and External Relations associate in the Palestinian Center for International Relations, then worked as a freelance with several Gaza based NGOs developing community initiatives. Through out the last five years I worked mainly with the Palestinian Commission for Refugees Rights Protection and the Union of Health Care Committees. My major work was developing activities, creating and maintaining networks with several local, regional and International organizations. I am holding an MA degree on International Relations, SPECIALIZED ON THE EURO-MEDITERRANEAN PARTNERSHIP. Currently, I am working on research, networks building and developing initiatives with the Euro-Med Region.

General Information
The PCRP is Gaza-based NGO. It works with Refugees Communities, camp based groups all over Gaza Strip. Its mandate based on three interrelated areas namely Research, advocacy and campaign as well as Training and development. Current staff includes 4 full times. 6 part time, and 8 volunteers. The Budget varies yearly depending on the funding available. USAID, NED, QATAR government was the major three donors in the last three years. Programs aim at empowering youth, women and children in the refugee’s communities through providing them with the techniques and tools to upgrade and promote their life so they can sustain it well during crises. Youth clubs and small organizations in the camps do cooperate closely with the PCRP upon MoUs.

Vision: Stressing the significance of commonly adopted values and principles in conjunction to maintaining a solid shield protecting Palestinian Refugees Rights.
Mission: The PCRP's mission puts emphasis on gathering immediate support to Palestinian Refugees aiming at decreasing their suffering and maintaining their interests in a fair manner

CARDET's team is composed of world renowned educators, researchers, and developers with many years of experience in studying and improving educational and social systems locally, nationally, and internationally. There are 5 members of the board, 5 members of the advisory board, 3 project managers, and more than 20 researchers involved in our current projects. Our main sources of funding come from grants and donations from the EU, UNDP, and other foundations. We engage in research, development, trainings, conferences, seminars, etc. We have partners and affiliates in five continents.

CARDET’s mission is to inspire next generation education, and to promote research, innovation and development through evidence-based practices, cutting-edge research, and empowered people. Objectives include: Engage in basic and applied research in education, innovation, and development; Improve and strengthen the role of civil society, democratic processes, equality and social justice for all; Provide research, evaluation, and training services to education institutions, businesses, industries, and private and public agencies; Collaborate with organizations and agencies around the world in addressing social, health, environmental, and education needs; Foster systemic, systematic, and sustainable development in education and society worldwide

The areas of activity we engage in include Research and development, Application of ICT in education and training, Education, curriculum design, and training, Civil society and development education, Multiculturalism, peace, and reconciliation, Organizational assessment and strategic planning, Foresight and innovation. We have successfully implemented projects in Europe, USA, Asia-Pacific, Latin America and Affrica. Sample projects include: Reconciliation and social justice pedagogies; Building Capacity among NGOs towards Increased Participation in EU Development Policy and Action; Inter-Communal Professional Development of Teachers on Environmental Education & Technology Integration; Adapting e-learning to SME Cultural Diversity.

The association organizes activities and research studies for the revaluation and promotion of the Italian Culture and language and in particular the great artistic, tradition and environmental heritage of Italy and of Marches in particular. Main Projects / Activities

1. Colourful Hungary Event Series: cultural exchange between foreign artists living in Hungary and Hungarian artists. The aim of the event series was to introduce the Islamic culture to the Hungarian audience. Organising partners included Association of Consumers for an Environmentally Conscious Society and Embassies of the eight involved countries. The events took place during one month, on weekends.
2. Participation in the camp for children living with disadvantages organised by the Buddhist University of Budapest. Helping organising workshops and preparing the children for a short theatre performance.
3. Introducing African and Arabic musical instruments to children by interactive concerts at elementary schools in Budapest.

General Information

The main aim of the organisation is to protect asylum seekers and refugees and try to shape a more tolerant and friendly atmospehere. Therefore we provide legal and administrative aid to foreigners, mainly refugees. Furthemore we have integration projects such as Sport against racism, consultation about possibilities of studying in Hungary and "Show the Red Card to racism".

Our organisation is not supported/founded by the government therefore out of the 6 member of staff who are working here 4 are volunteers. Since 2009 the president of our organisation is member of the Hungarian Football Federation's (MLSZ) Minority Commitee, enabling fight against racism through sport more efficiently with the projects mentioned above.

General Information

Dartke Association is a non-government public benefit organization with more than 30 employees. Our annual budget last year was €346,000. We spend our budget on societal development aligning with the aims stated in our statutes. Our primary sources of funding are national and international project applications. Our Association is a growing association operating in many fields (and with more collegues, partners, projects). We develop and implement various projects through national and European cooperations, we have more and more foreign partners, connections with Serbian, Romanian and Bulgarian organizations.

Mission and Objectives

Our association was founded by university professors and researchers from the fields of social science with the aim to map social changes and transformations in the South Great Plains Region and at national level. With our work, we would like to research and assess the social processes generated by the EU membership. Our main activities include examining the ethnical and cultural diversity of our region. Our colleagues participate in creating the groundwork for regional and national strategies for strengthening the civil society and we also manage developing projects.

Main Projects / Activities

We conducted researches several times at Szegedi Ifjúsági Napok (Youth Days of Szeged Festival, Hungary’s oldest youth festival with tens of thousands of participants) and at other festivals and events. The aim of the researches were to survey the youth communities, and the life strategies, carrier plans, labor market experiences and migration strategies of young people.
We conduct labor market researches in the South Great Plains Region with the support of the National Employment Foundation.
Our activists participate in programs fostering the social integration of Roma people. We make action plans in order to stop discriminatory tendencies resulting from cultural differences.

we are a secondary vocational school , with 560 students among it 120 adult students and 45 teachers. we are public , so our budget comes from government. we are very active in Comenius, Gruntvig and Leonardo projects, form 1999. We have lot of partners, mainly schools from EU, our main interest and main profile is environmental protection education in different levels.

Our school was founded in 1949 as a centre of cool mining education. But nowadays it is 1 of the most problematic part of Hungary. The unemployment rate is 18 %. Our main challenge to find the best motivation for our students, and give them extra knowledge about Eu and job hunting and active citizenship.
We think the ALF can help us to collect more information’s about democracy an tolerance among countries and peoples.
