"Dialogue for reconciliation" The culture of revenge prevails in Assiut, as is the case in many of Upper Egypt governorates, which leads to lots of unjustified violence, for example a normal conflict may result in a number of dead. "Against Women Trafficking (Leisure Marriage)in Hawamdeya" There is a large no. of girls in Hawamdeya Providence who resort to common law marriages from rich Arab tourists during their short stay in Egypt during the summer season and then this relationship would end by divorce as soon as the tourist goes back home, this phenomenon has spread widely because of the religious ignorance, families disintegration, illiteracy and poverty and from here comes the objective of this project which is to eliminate the phenomenon of women trafficking in Hawamdeya in the form of underage marriages from wealthy Arabs for a fixed period by raising the religious and legal awareness in Hawamdeya.

Is a non-profit private international educational humanitarian organization which provides understanding & (practice) related to International Human Rights Law (IHRL)& International Humanitarian Law (IHL). It includes conferences, seminars& (everything) that meets in a coherent and timely manner the needs of those exposed to human suffering and human rights abuses in the Middle East and North Africa .

• Reorganization of local population to create a better understanding and awareness of their rights, to have a voice, and to achieve the objectives defined within the projects.
• Training and capacity building to individuals and local NGOs offering opportunity to acquire new skills, work opportunities and financial means.
• Promoting entrepreneurship attitude through creating awareness of the importance of entrepreneurship, training and setting up suitable credit plans aimed at promoting long term economic and development initiatives.
• Working hand in hand with local artisans to preserve cultural heritage of ethnic groups trying to understand the difficulties that they may face and push them to think and work out of the box, be out of the traditional aspects that may limit their productivity.

عقد ندوة زيادة الاستثمار بالفيوم بالتعاون بين جمعية شباب أعمال الفيوم والمركز الأمريكي المشروعات الدولية الخاصة CIPE بالفيوم فى 27/12/2003 باوبرج الفيوم . www.cipe-egypt.org/Events.asp?id=1 بدء نشاط الجمعية بإنشاء مركز تدريب للجمعية وذلك لتدريب شباب الأعمال والخرجين في الكمبيوتروالبرمجة -إدارة أعمال وتسويق - تنمية بشرية وتصدير - عمالة الشباب واللغات. 1- خبرة الجمعية في تنفيذ وإدارة المشروعات التاريخ أسم المشروع قيمة التمويل (بالجنيه المصري) مصدر التمويل من إلى 1/1/2002 الان مركز تدريب لغات وبرمجة وتنمية بشرية 8000 تمويل ذاتى وهيئة كريتاس الأهداف العامة لمركز التدريب : 1-إكساب مهارات في اللغات والإدارة وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات لشباب الأعمال والخرجين. 2-تنفيذ برامج تعاونية بين الجامعة والوزارات المختلفة كالصحة والتعليم والزراعة والري والقوى العاملة والهيئات كالمجلس القومي للمرآة ومجلس الأمومة والطفولة والمنظمات الغير حكومية والمشروعات الأجنبية . 3-ترويج عمالة الشباب لتوفير فرص عمل للشباب . 4-تحقيق توازن بين العرض والطلب في سوق العمل . 5-تنمية قدرات شباب الأعمال ورجال الأعمال وأصحاب الصناعات الصغيرة

2. The Center in partnership with the Women's Foundation to train new workers to invest in Port Said on the rights of working women in the labor law.
3. Participated in the campaign, freedom of association with many of the institutions of civil society and the formulation of the law of freedom of organization and institutions and NGOs.
4. Center participated with many organizations of civil society - at the invitation of the New Woman Foundation - drafting articles of criminalization of sexual harassment
