1.- REHABILITATION OF RURAL SCHOOLS IN THE REGION OF ESSAOUIRA-MOROCCO
Objective:
Complete the work of construction and improvement of the needed classrooms in rural Schools in the region of Essaouira, and have school equipment to the school for the students to have the oportunity to acces a dignified teaching. 
Lines of Action:
Know, analyze and evaluate the situation of rural schools in the region of Essaouira.
Establish an action plan for improvement

2. SENSITIZATION AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER:
Objective:
Promote awareness and knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder within the society of southern Morocco: ASD. For this, we collaborate jointly with local entities in carrying out dissemination actions and training material.

Awareness Campaign on ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and ACNEE (Students with Special Educational Needs):

Restoration and maintenance urban schools, social centers and health

CSI supported the design, the development and the implementation of sophisticated solutions to public and private orgnaizations to maximize their efficiency and services quality by providing capacity building training, organizational support and strategy revisions. Moreover, it supported institutions to become more inclusive and human-centre contributing to their further evolution and empowering their social agenda.

Our local projects include:
Boulègue is an open TV which makes video-making available for all – local inhabitants, non-profit organizations, socio-cultural organizations, etc. – so as to contribute to a better social harmony. It offers the opportunity to modify the bad reputation of our neighborhood, to showcase the talents and initiatives which give the area its strength, to reinforce social cohesion, or simply to try a new activity, merely out of curiosity and the desire to meet new people… Boulègue is much more than a web TV or a traditional TV channel: it is a television that is more concerned with the way it is made than the way it is broadcast. It is made by well-intentioned people, professional or not! This TV is established in the district and its non-profit content belongs to everybody. In 2014 Les Têtes de l’Art created “Europe à la barre” (“Trial Europe”). This dramatized trial aims to open a debate, to bring out questions and reflections about Europe’s major subjects like immigration, mobility, agriculture, health. In addition, it facilitates the understanding of the European Union’s role and range of action. The play seeks to stimulate the interest of the public to question the past and current events related to the European construction. We try to initiate reflections and critical thinking that can extend beyond the show.

Through AJCM (Workshop of young citizens of the Mediterranean), we want to encourage, support and promote the civic engagement of young people in our Region while developing cultural cooperation in the Mediterranean area. Project's page: http://ajcmed.org/en/

Centre for Capacity Building and Empowerment was established in 2014 and since then we have constantly been active in civil society covering many fields. Most of our projects and activities have been under the frame of Erasmus though the topics have been wide and diverse. 

The main fields of work that we have been focused on are: Youth Empowerment, Refugees & Migration, Climate change, Media impact & Journalism, Human Rights, Combating xenophobia and hate speech, Supporting integration of vulnerable groups such as people with fewer opportunities, immigrants and disabilities.
