Founded and supported by Wafa Belgacem  the team of 5 members is distributed in 3 divisions : advocacy and research, Ressources management and mapping of opportunities and actors. Our budgetary ressources avalaible in a year is 2000 USD and comes from self financing. We raise awareness through two webplatforms www. culturefunding watch and www.cceindex.com and social medias. Mission and Objectives

Provide a central hub serving as a platform for capacity building, information and research in the field of financing cultural sector in the MENA region and increasingly in the African continent.Culture Funding Watch aims to be a leading source of information and intelligence about resources mobilisation for the cultural. Through data collection, analysis, and training, it connects artists, policy makers, cultural managers and philanthropist to the resources they need to effectively foster cultural sector development at national, regional and international levels. CFW aim to: * build the first comprehensive database on funding for cultural sector for MENA region and Africa that collect and distribute relevant information, data and documents; * Operate research and surveys programs designed to advance knowledge of cultural sector resources mobilisation at every level; * Build and/or further develop effective, sustainable national, regional and international funding watchdogs to play advocacy and lobbying roles within countries, regions  and internationally as appropriate; * Provoke debate, discussions and theorising around funding for arts, culture, creative industries and to develop positions and leadership on such issues in the MENA region and Africa; * Facilitate the training and development of human resources required to practice, develop resources mobilization capacities and effectively monitor financial resources to protect and promote art and culture in the MENA region and in Africa; * Mobilise at local, regional, and international levels resources to advocate for a transparent inclusive and accountable governance of the cultural sector. * Undertake all relevant activities contributing to achieving CFW mission.

Main Projects / Activities

Collect and disseminate data about funding resources and financial support for cultural sector. Organize seminars, conferences workshops on issues related to funding of cultural sector. Conduct and publish surveys and researches on trends and funding policies. Support the creation of professionals specialised in resources mobilization for the Arts and Cultural sector through trainings and apprenticeships on fundraising, project development, partnership and budget monitoring. Offer outsourcing of resource mobilization and grant management. Lead advocacy and campaigns about aid effectiveness for cultural sector in the MENA region and in Africa.

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?

Within the range of its mission, Culture Funding Watch (observatoire du financement culturel) seeks to act as a central hub in the field of culture funding in the MENA region and in the African continent. It does so by providing information on opportunities (grants, fellowship, awards, etc...), research (actors mapping ), raising awareness and advocacy. CFW's contribution to the Anna Lindh networks will be to bring its know how to all the members of the network and to provide support to the activities.

Joining the ALF Network will give us the opportunity to scale up our advocacy activities within the Mediterranean region on accountability, sustainability  and funding strategies for the Cultural and creative entrepreneurship sector.

توزيع كرتونة رمضان مايو 2019
بالتعاون مع مؤسسة مصر الخير قامت الجمعية بتوزيع (500) كرتونة رمضان داخل القرية وتوابعها وذلك من خلال متطوعى الجمعية الذين قاموا بحصر الاسر الاكثر احتاجا قبل بدء عملية التوزيع
مبادرة " الرياضة غذاء الروح " مارس 2019
بالتعاون مع السفارة الامريكية ومعهد التعليم الدولى بالقاهرة شاركت الجمعية فى تنفيذ مبادرة " الرياضة غذاء الروح " والتى تم خلالها تدريب 22 من الفتيات سن 18:12 سنة على رياضتى الكاراتيه والسلة بالاضافة الى عقد كورس لغة انجليزية
مبادرة " Be friendly  " فبراير – ابريل  2019
قامت الجمعية بتنفيذ مجموعة من الحلقات النقاشية لعدد 60 من الاطفال حول الحد من التنمر ونبذ العنف وذلك من خلال مجموعة من المتدربين المتخصصين ، بنهاية الحلقات النقاشية تم اقامة حفلة للمتدربين وتوزيع شهادات تقدير للحضور
 مبادرة " Go green " فبراير – ابريل 2019
من خلال مجموعة من المتدربين تم اقامة مجموعة من ورش العمل لعدد ( 30 ) من الاطفال حول البيئة واساليب الحفاظ عليها ، وفى نهاية تلك الورش تم عقد احتفالية بيوم الارض العالمى تخللها توزيع شهادات تقدير للحضور

بالتعاون مع مديرية الأوقاف بأسيوط قامت الجمعية بتوزيع 100 كيلو لحمة ، منهم 35 كيلو تم توزيعها على المستحقين من مترددى وحدة الغسيل الكلوى بالحواتكة والباقي تم توزيعهم من خلال المتطوعين بالجمعية

نفذت الجمعية ندوة توعية حول " تربية وتسمين الدواجن " من خلال احد اساتذة كلية الزراعة – جامعة اسيوط تناولت الندوة الطرق السليمة لتربية الدواجن ، وانواع الاعلاف واهمية كلا منها ، وطرق رعاية الدواجن 
12-مبادرة تعليم الفتيات واجب
شاركت الجمعية فى تنفيذ مبادرة " تعليم الفتيات واجب " بالتعاون مع معهد التعليم الدولى والسفارة الامريكية بالقاهرة والتى هدفت الى الحد من نسبة تسرب الفتيات من التعليم ، زيادة فاعلية الفتيات داخل المدارس ، تم خلال المبادرة عقد مجموعة من ورش العمل حول التخطيط للمستقبل منذ الصغر ، اساسيات اللغة الانجليزية تم ايضا خلال ورشة العمل تدريب الفتيات على الرسم وكيفية عمل المشغولات اليدوية ، وبنهاية المبادرة تم تنظيم رحلة جماعية للاطفال باسيوط لتوزيع شهادات تقدير لهم على مشاركتهم الفعالة فى المبادرة

General Information
It is a registered association accoding to the Finnish Association law with Annual General meeting, board and various committees and ad hoc working groups under the board. The work is done mostly through board members,voluteers and project secretaries. This year an Executive Director is expected to be appointed. The annual buget is appr. 25 000 euros. Source of funding through project funding, membership fees and with significant support from the City of Helsinki. Conrete activities include membership seminars on actual topics, information sharing, advocacy related to the European and neighbouring countries collaboration. Special field is intercity collaboration between capitals and othe cities e.g. through EUROCAPITALES organisation. Main partners include other European Movement organisations, cities in the capital region, EUROCAPITALES, Nordic and Baltic sister organisation and efforts to be involved in EU neighbourhood programs and projects.
Mission and Objectives

To advance positive public disussion and debate about European integration and its enlargement; to advocate active participation of citizen in elections and to promote cultural collaboration within Europe and its neighbouring countries.

Main Projects / Activities

Seminars, membership information, projects and events on special occasions like the Europe Day on the 9th May and UN Day on he 24th October. Currently advocating the improvement of communication like railway tunnel to Tallinn and Rail Baltica to Mid- and Soutouth Europe and beoynd.

To advance the information and knowledge about the necessity of dialogue and collaboration over boarders and combat the wrong type of populism and nationalism gaining ground in our country and other European countries and beyond.

In order for the development of a country to be successful, there must be adequate participation and involvement from its youths, who demonstrate the potential to integrate in the policy-making process at local, regional, and national community levels. It is with this consideration that the Morocco's Friends Foundation was founded in 2015 by a team of young volunteers, with the objective of creating a space for dialogue that is open to all young Moroccans in order to work toward promoting their participation in the decision-making process regarding issues that affect their lives. The Morocco's Friends Foundation also serves as a network for youth associations and organizations, with the objective of promoting the exchange of experiences and working together to allow for new horizons of creation and participation among youths.

Our objectives:
Through its activities, the Morocco's Friends Foundation aims to:
• Participate in the promotion and perfection of youth participation in the process of development,
• Support the spirit of initiative among youths,
• Cultivate the values of citizenship, democracy, and human rights among youths,
• Participate in the realization of development objectives.

Main Projects / Activities

Our NGO is working with youth for youth by empowering their skills and competences in different sectors through non formal education and nowadays through outdoor activities for a better team work inside our NGO but also to have them well integrated in the society to defend their rights and be effective in their entourages. We give them a chance to take part in trainings and youth meetings at the local, national and international level where they will rediscover themselves and improve their knowledge in many topics such as active participation, citizenship, immigration, human rights education, gender equality, environment, sustainable development…

We can contribute with our experience in non-formal intercultural education as well as with promoting the network and its opportunities among our many international partners and all the other networks we are members of.

Why do you want to join the ALF Network?

We want to expand our network with other organization and want to receive some funds for our Morrocan youths through them we can develop our missions more effectively.
