Projet "Women Power" qui vise à accompagner des femmes artisanes à développer leur activité de tissage traditionnel par la commercialisation de leurs produits via e-commerce. et Projet "Tingiservices" qui consiste en la création d'une coopérative des hommes de métiers d'entretiens et réparation qui offrent des services destinés aux particuliers et aux entreprises.

L’action de CSM s’organise autour de trois pôles.
L’échange interculturel au service de la restauration (rénovation de salles de classes, de jardins publics….), de la sensibilisation des populations (nettoyage de plage, de parcs….), du respect de l’environnement (campagnes d’informations sur les dangers de la pollution, et de l’éducation (cours d’arabes, de français et d’anglais).

Séminaires de sensibilisation sur l'environnement, la citoyenneté...
-Célébration des journées mondiales (Ex: Journée mondiale des handicapés à l'école Malki-Sidi Bernoussi...) -Sport: Randonnées (plusieurs ont été réalisés dans la région de BenSlimane)-

Actions de sensibilisation à la danse contemporaine dans des milieux et quartiers défavorisés où l'art est difficile d'accés(orphelinats,facultés,écoles, associatios d'handicapés..
Des projets de création et de présentation essentiellement sur la ville de Casablanca permettant de parler de nos réalités par le biais d'une autre forme et d'un autre support qu'est le corps. Multiplier les échanges avec les autres formes d'art pour créer ensemble une diversité et une richesse artistique essentiel dans une société en plein développement.

- mise en place de clubs scientifiques et classes de découverte (Ryad espace sciences et ferme pédagogiques des petits débrouillards.
- formation animateurs associatifs (Fondation France, Ministère de développement social, ..etc.)
- édition de 5 livres bilingues d'éveil scientifique, livrets et mallettes pédagogiques
- organisation du festival annuel des petits débrouilards à la villa des arts de Rabat (fondation ONA)
- Organisation de séjours à l'étranger en collaboration avec ONG européennes et centres aérés au Maroc

The "BÁRKA" public union was founded in2001, wich is supported by the educational institution of Miskolc.
The public union was founded with the purpose of educational, social and cultural improvement.
We have set ourself the task to:
- healthy life style,systematic and balanced life were educated
- the respect of the moral worth,readiness to help and responsivenes of the improving social-communal problems
- improvement talentmanagement induvidual or ina small group
- recognation of the productive knowledge
- improving the readiness and the creativness the students
- exacting and full entertaintment arrouse the claim of the entertaintment with organized leisure
- developing the real self-knowlwdge
- preparation fot to be good at the higher school, continuated education ( middle school,secondary school, high school or university
- assistance and help to the socially disadvantaged children, if ti is nesessery organizing the proper therapy
- work together with the parent for aim

- In the spring of 2002 started the development of Municipality strategy for child protection. In its development active part took Krasimira Damyanova and Irena Grigorova- as trainers of work-groups and by elaborating specific strategy points. In October 2002 the strategy was accepted on a session of the County Council – Haskovo.
- 2003-2004 Project “Resource center for children rights in Haskovo region“ by the European youth foundation at Council of Europe. Aim of the project is education and professional support of young specialists, working with children.

Local work: Yearly organization of campaigns, activities and organized leisure time for young people to raise awareness of the problems of youth in the local community. To promote the Anti Drug and Alcohol Campaign workshops per with children and youth in local schools, music and art exhibitions, Info days, and education of Peer educators in the local community.
International work: to promote European citizenship, to support local organizations coming from different parts of Europe into their process of organizational development, to offer them the possibility to become actives at European level through getting them involved in European Youth Programmes. During the projects activities the organizations involved have also the chance to plan future projects and implement them, establishing that way stronger partnerships and contacts within South East Europe and E.U. region.
