General Information
ASET represents an experienced resource of providing expertise on projects to socio-economic policies, awareness, dissemination and education of their targeted groups. ASET is primary focused on elaborating, analyzing and evaluating economic and social policies, improving the exising capacities in formulating, correlating and implementing these policies. ASET staff is represented by local and international experts with different expertise, including 5 full-time staff and more than 15 experts contributing part-time. ASET has implemented more than 45 projects without or with the collaboration of other institutions like: Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Agriculture, Albanian Development Fund, SOROS Foundation, World Bank (WB), International Finance Corporation (IFC), International Development Association (IDA), Southeast Europe Enterprise Development (SEED), International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD), Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ), Global Development Network (GDN), US Embassy, Brookings Institution, International Organization for Migration, United Nations Development Fund for Women, Development & Training Services, Inc. (dTS).
Mission and Objectives

ASET’s goal is to promote economic development and social welfare through contributing to the creation and permanent development of a climate for dialogue on economic policy issues, improving the coherence, public acceptance and implementation of the reform policies.
The focus of ASET is addressing acute problems encountered in the course of development during transition, with a particular attention on economic progress and social welfare, namely:
 Sustainable economic growth; Advanced banking and financial sector; Developed private sector, especially SME-s; Better-quality health and education services;
 Social care and welfare; Functional infrastructure; Urban and rural development;
 Protected environment; More efficient & transparent government practices;
 Coordinated and shared authority from central to local government;
 Increased participatory role of stakeholders in drafting, implementing, and monitoring public policies.

General Information
Organizational structure of the Center for Community Development consists of the board of directors, chief executive, branches in counties, administration, offices abroad and its volunteer members. Administration workers are employed at its organization, based on Labor Code of the Republic of Albania. They are hired as needed to the organization, with competition and employment contract. The members of the Directors Board of are Mrs. Nexhmije Marku, Ms.. Edlira Daci, Mr. Islam Lusha and Mr. Gezim Vata . Executive Director and legal representative of the organization is Mrs.. Nexhmije Marku. Chair of the Board of Directors is Ms.. Edlira Daci. With increase of activities, the organization has increased the number of members of the Directors Board. Some of their names are: Mrs. Mirjeta Xhafa Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Mr Ennio Haxhimihali, Doctor of Law, Mrs. Enkeleda Peter Doctor of Social Sciences, Mr. Gramoz Ramollari Doctor of Agricultural Sciences and others. Vision:
Development and strengthening of human dimensions, to foster integration and social inclusion in a society with equality of opportunity for all.
The aims of the Center are:
1. Promoting of human development, protecting human rights and improving the living conditions of individuals, families and vulnerable groups of society.
2. Addressing social problems such as poverty, gender violence, sexual abuse, social exclusion, discrimination and inequality.
3-To support democratic development and to empower social cohesion through the promotion of social care services, participation and integration of individuals and families in need.

Mission and Objectives

The scope and objectives of the Center are the increase of the public awareness and decision making structures’ awareness, with regard to the need for a continuous democratization of Albanian life, as the only way to make Albania return in the midst of developed countries.The incitement of decision making structures for a continuous improvement regarding the Human Rights, and in this context, the Right of Information.
Stimulation of new means of information for everybody, trying new contemporary forms, revealing the broadness of the relationships within the media, in all of its forms.
Enforcement of national policies in the fight against corruption, as a very sensitive phenomenon in Albania, finding the ways for denunciating corruption and the interception through the mechanisms that make it work.

General Information
CSDC was created in 2001 as a joint project of the OSCE Presence in Albania and the Netherlands Development Organization (SNV). The NNCSDC has managed projects funded by donor's contributions as: British, German and Norwegian Embassies in Tirana,SIDA, European Commission,Carter Center for the period 2004 -2007. CSDC Durres has implemented different projects supported by: American Embassy in Tirana, Peace Corps in Tirana, Partners Albania, World Learning etc. Since 20010 CSDC is implementing a project on "Improving Citizens participation in decision making" Durrës and Fushe - Kruja, supported by Olof Plame International Center. Many national and international organizations have also used the center services and coordination including: American Embassy, Partners/Albania, UNDP, Red Cross, Terre des homes, Institute for Democracy and Mediation etc..

CSDC Durrës strive to contribute to an articulate and vocal civil society by giving free space to community to meet, discuss, debate, learn and to improve the co-operation between civil society and Local Government for the benefit of all involved.

Cultural Centre "Fashion in Focus" is formed by a group of Albanian designer, develops various activities to benefit youth and Albanian children, students studying in the field of art and fashion we allow you different activities that promote in the media who can find employment opportunities or expand their talents. 2010 budget year was 15,000 euro for some activities under efemijeve and teenage kids as fashion india Teenager, TV formats in the field of culture and education and teenage children as "junior Steps" and "The next footbridge," celebrating together "Roma culture for Roma children and children abandoned by families. We are looking for partners with strong and experienced for several projects of cooperation in our center.
Mission and Objectives

The exhibition of works of children and adolescent age 05 -17 years, including paintings and works of art of the hand like tailoring of clothes, clay works, engraving on copper, traditional costumes, embroidery, knitting works, etc.

General Information
AVICENNE was created in 2003 with 4 volunteers. Today, it gathers 10 active volunteers, working, in the field of education, new technologies, adult education, in private and public companies. AVICENNE volunteers represent the “french diversity” different religions (catholic, jewish and muslims) and different cultural backgrounds. Since 2003, Avicenne has built a european network which covers 15 countries: Algeria, Marocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Israël, Palestine, Syria , Jordan, Lebanon, Spain, Portugal, Irland, Germany, Greece, Belgium). Numerous Projects have been realized within this network: youth exchanges, study visits, organization of international conferences and workshops. All this projets have been supported by the European Youth Programs funded by the European Commission and the French Government. We have developed a network for meeting in different field about religion, intercultural learning to promote the understanding between country in the middle east, Europe and Maghreb.

The House of the Cultures of the World is a law association 1901. The team of association consists of 17 people. 2 million euros Clean subsidies and receipts Festival of Imaginary, alive Spectacle, exposures. Edition, diffusion of musical and literary works. Mission and Objectives

The House of the Cultures of the World aims at supporting the exchanges and the dialogues between the forms of expression and the cultural identities of the people of the world.

Main Projects / Activities

Reception about demonstration extraneous , according all their millinery d'expression and whatever their middle d'origine
Elaboration d'outils about diffusion , about documentation and about conservation : edition d'ouvrages and any journal International about l'Imaginaire , collection about disc INEDIT about music traditional ; network Europe about diffusion any entertainment and any exhibitions , Centre about documentation about the entertainment world.

Organization of meetings and conferences allowing artists, writers, researchers, to discuss and confront their experiments in a true dialogue of the cultures
Activity of reception, exchanges and training of cultural persons in charge for all the countries of the world, carried out in close cooperation with the Ministry for the Culture and the Communication within the framework of the "Current" programs and "International University Culture".
