General Information

The main objective of the organization is to promote integration between cultures and counteract violence between cultures in Sweden and in another countries. With culture we mean Individual. In this way we would like state that we are not only working with integration of refugees/minorities/immigrants but also we are working with integration of cultures in different level.

We have a board with 7 members plus 3 supplementers. In our main office we have 3 EVS volunteers,2 Workers and Organization Developer working together. Since 2013 we applied many Erasmus + projects and huge part of budget is coming from this fund.

We have organized or participated in more than 20 Erasmus KA 1 and currently 12 Erasmus + KA2 projects we are working on. Our NGO has realy strong connections with Orkelljunga Municipality and Schools in Orkelljunga. We cooperate on local and international way.We have been working with organizations such as Save the Children, Red Cross, Other  Municipalities in order to enlarge our network and experiences.

There are 25 active volunteers, 6 staff and 15 weekly activities to work with integration in south of Sweden.

Mission and Objectives

The organization fulfils the main objective through

• giving help to self-help so that the individual’s understanding of her/his own culture and self-esteem amplifies.

• providing multi-cultural meeting places where the exchange of experiences, values and cultures promote individual’s life quality

• building social network between different cultures

• encouraging the individual to take responsibility in society

• developing and practicing effective and creative approaches/methods for integration, both formal and non-formal.

• spreading information in order to increase awareness of the meaning of culture and different cultures.

Main Projects / Activities

IFALL works with integration in different levels. Our target group is young and adult with fewer opportunities such as refugees, asylum seekers, immigrants, elderly people etc.. They often face a lot of barriers in terms of accessing education, employment and future trainings. Sometimes these people need supporting and advice about what they want to achieve and then what is feasible considering their social status within the country therefore we offer non-formal learning methods to improve their competences in areas such as film making, sport, music and creative drama so their horizons are opened in different careers and integration into society is achieved.

a) Ground Level; We have several activity groups such as language cafes, homework support, film evenings, sport days, IFALL football team, women and girls group, and international evenings. These activities are weekly or monthly and our volunteers are planning and organizing. Target group often is immigrant background people/refugees and local Swedish people.

b) Intellectual Level; We are applying for adult education and youth projects in local and international levels. Erasmus + and Nordplus are main funds that we are working with. In this level youth and adult volunteers became more experienced with projects especially about sharing best practices between project partners. This is a kind of platform for our volunteers that they can prepare activities for ground level.

c) Informative Level; We prepare seminars, conferences, panels and handbooks for local people, social worker, teacher, volunteers who can follow new information about integration and cultures. Nonformal education and methods are applied for these levels of activity. Creative Drama and Film making are some of methods which IFALL uses in trainings.

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?

As a small and new organization IFALL we want to reach much more people to develop our envoiremental network for having better Skane, better Sweden, better Europe and better World in lights of our vision and mission. Experiences gained through international project we are ready to share it and also looking forward to learn from other perspectives.Especially in Skane we are willing to have some meetings to schedule followint meet-ups,seminars and exchanges between other ngos or organizations such as :  -Promoting Erasmus + -Sharing best practies  -Creative Drama methods  -Non violent communication  -And dissemination of on going local and international projects.

Why do you want to join the ALF Network?

As we mentioned above to execute this part we need more people.Especially in small cities like Orkelljunga sometimes  its realy hard to find people to send abroad (for projects we got from Erasmus +). Therefore to find more people especially youngs ALF network can help us to build trustworthy relations between organizations. Instead of organizations we dont know before we prefer to build a strong connections with organizations we ll work in the future.ALF network is already showed its sustainability and realy promising for following years. It ll be our pleasure to take part such a multicultural network where our objectives are matching.

General Information
The organization has one employed project manager and an allround intern. Besides that, the organization is run by a voluntary board consisting of 6 members with different professional backgrounds as well as an alternating number of volunteers. The organization has several unofficial and official partners that we cooperate with on different matters and in regard to different projects; e.g. Police Intelligence, the Nordic Council of Ministers, Facebook, the Danish Institute for Human Rights, several Danish NGO's, some public schools and more. Funding for concrete projects has so far been given by Socialstyrelsen, the municipality of Copenhagen as well as the municipality of Frederiksberg. No international donors so far. Two concrete projects run at the moment: 'Åndehullet' and 'Anmeld Had' (Report Hate).
Mission and Objectives

CFE wish to contribute in creating a more cohesive society which embraces all the differences that our society contains, across religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation and political standpoint, as we believe the society is becoming more and more fragmented by a 'them and us'-rethoric. A feeling of exclusion, not knowing ones rights as a citizen and not being an equal citizen can develop an unhealthy and even dangerous distance between individuals and society.
To do this, we investigate and bring into focus some of the visible and invisble mechanisms of exclusion that defines the society of today and with social research and specific projects we then put under scrutiny the causes and effects of these to contribute in preventing and working constructively with the matters.

Main Projects / Activities

Two main projects are run at the time being:
'Åndehullet' is targeting young Danes with ethnic minority backgrounds that, theoretically, are at risk of being redicalized as they have socalled norm-breaking or deviant attitudes and behaviour in comparison to other young people. The project involves a series of dialogue meetings with the target group where issues related to subjects such as citizenship, responsibility, rights, discrimination, exclusion etc. are taken up and discussed in a non-judgmental space and group. By doing this, the aim is to create or influence an understanding and agency among the young in relation to their own lives and taking matters into their own hands, e.g. in regard to achieving common recognition or using their voice to speak up about wrongs in a constructive way.
'Anmeld Had' (Report Hate) brings into focus and works with preventing the harsh and sometimes even hateful rhetoric that we see today and especially online. At our website, an online portal has been developed for the victims of such rhetoric - or physical/verbal assault - to report an incident to us which CFE will then take to the police if it's assessed by our voluntary legal practioners as a criminal offence. With the project we overall wish to contribute in investigating the extent of hate crimes and hate speech in Denmark by providing concrete data on this and to work towards better preventive actions against it.
