هي جمعية نسوية تعمل على إدماج المرأة والشباب في المجتمع وتكوينهم على الحوار والتعايش والتضامن وميزانيتها السنوية قارة وتعتمد على مداخيل متعلقة بتبرعات الأعضاء ودعم المشاريع  تنظم الجمعية مجموعة من اللقاءات والمشاريع خدمة للمجتمع بشراكة مع مختلف الفاعلين الادتماعيين المحليين 

هي جمعية تنموية ثقافية تعمل على ترسيخ القيم في المجتمع وهي تتكون من مجموعة من النساء الفاعلات في المجتمع لها تسيير إداري مستقل وميزانية تشاركية تتكون من واجبات الانخراط ورسوم التكوين ومنج الشركاء  تكون الجمعية سنويا ما يزيد عن 50 من الشابات عبر مستويين التأهيل و الادماج كما تنزم مجموعة من الانشظة ذات الظابع الاجتماعي والثقافي والاقتصادي لفائدة المنخرظين

AMANE est une association de droit marocain à l’initiative d’acteurs du développement et de militants des DDHH conscients de l’ampleur du phénomène des violences sexuelles à l’encontre des enfants. Basée au Maroc, AMANE assure aussi l’accompagnement d’acteurs de la protection des enfants en Afrique et Moyen Orient. The association Argania was established in January 1996 with the desire to contribute to local community development. With the help of many active volunteers and strong partnerships, Argania has achieved many fruitful results in Essaouira within various areas including but not limited to social human rights, education, culture, and environment. The mission of Argania is to work for local human development in order to give young people, women and persons with disabilities the ability to be actors in their own development, promoters of their own independence and stakeholders in their own future. The objectives of Argania are to raise awareness and organize trainings on various subjects based on the mission, promote volunteering, support local initiatives that encourage social participation, organize socio-cultural projects, defend universal human rights, and support local and national organizations in the struggle for improved living conditions, along with facilitating and initiating income generating projects for cooperatives as well as individuals. Argania has extensive experience in organizing awareness-raising campaigns and training on various themes including human rights, environmental conservation and health care. We support local initiatives, create and support sustainable partnerships and network between organizations on the local, national and international levels. The Foundations's council of administration consists of the founders, namely Daphne's husband and sons Peter, Matthew, Andrew and Paul Caruana Galizia. Peter is the first chairman of the council, which must consist of at least three people, who are unpaid. The chairman may establish a supervisory council of at least two members. The Foundation has a board of advisors who direct its actions and strategy (names are publicly available on its website). The Foundation's deed prevents it from having any beneficiaries. It is open to donations from the public which are used for the purposes stated in its deed of foundation. The Foundation works to combat harassment of journalists and impunity in cases of their murder. Actions include forming more robust investigative models based on the work on Daphne's murder investigation, and organising educational public seminars.
