6. البرامج الرئيسية: 6.1. برنامج تنمية الشباب: الهدف الاستراتيجي: المساهمة في بناء القدرات الريادية للشباب الفلسطيني من خلال التأهيل والتدريب والتمكين. الفئة المستهدفة: الشباب من كلا الجنسين. تعريف: برنامج شبابي يهتم بقضايا الشباب من خلال تنفيذ المشروعات التي تجمع بين رفع الوعي والتدريب وتمكين الشباب من أجل الوصول إلى التنمية المستدامة، حيث سيوفر البرنامج بيئة قانونية للشباب الرياديين والفرق التطوعية، وتقدم الدعم الإداري والفني للفرق المحتضنة. 6.2. برنامج حماية البيئة: الهدف الاستراتيجي: المساهمة في حماية البيئة من خلال ترسيخ الممارسات البيئية الصحيحة و رفع الوعي البيئي لدي أفراد المجتمع. الفئة المستهدفة: جميع أفراد المجتمع. تعريف: يهتم البرنامج بقضايا البيئة العامة داخل قطاع غزة ويعمل علي تحسين جودة الحياة من خلال المتابعة الدائمة للمشكلات البيئية والعمل علي حلها مع الجهات المختصة ومن جهة أخري إعداد جيل محافظ علي البيئة ويحترمها استنادا إلي قيم ومعتقدات راسخة بداخله. 6.3. برنامج تمكين المرأة: الهدف الاستراتيجي : المساهمة في ايجاد بيئة ملائمة ومستدامة للتمكين الاقتصادي للنساء ، وحماية حقوقهن وتحسينها . الفئة المستهدفة : النساء الريفيات ، النساء المهمشات ، الخريجات . تعريف: يسعى البرنامج إلى بناء قدرات النساء وتمكنيهن في المجتمع الفلسطيني، ليمارسن دورهن في المجتمع على الصعيد الفردي أو الأسري بما يضمن توفير أساليب للحياة الكريمة المبنية على الاحترام المتبادل واحترام حرية وحقوق المرأة ورفع وعي النساء والمجتمع بهذه الحقوق وذلك من خلال إتباع العديد من الأساليب والوسائل المجتمعية، كذلك يسعى البرنامج لتعزيز الإدماج الاقتصادي للمرأة والتمكين لها في الحقل التنموي. 6.4. برنامج التنمية الشاملة: الهدف الاستراتيجي: المساهمة في تحسين جودة الحياة للفئات الهشة من خلال ربط التنمية الشاملة بالمشروعات الإغاثية. الفئة المستهدفة: الفئات الهشة تعريف: يهتم البرنامج بتنمية الفئات الهشة والضعيفة في المجتمع الفلسطيني من خلال ربط جميع الأنشطة الإغاثية للجمعية بمفهوم التنمية الشاملة اجتماعيا واقتصاديا وصحيا وثقافيا لكي تساهم الجمعية في التقليل من نسبة البطالة والتي غالبا ما يقترن أصحابها بمجموعة من الأمراض الإجتماعية والصحية والفكرية . سيعمل البرنامج على تطوير العائلة بشكل كامل من خلال تدخل علمي مدروس و ممنهج، من خلال تحديد الاحتياج الحقيقي وتصميم خطة شاملة للتدخل وتقديم الدعم الكامل قبل وأثناء وبعد التدخل، من باب الحماية المجتمعية الكاملة.
