La philosophie de FYA vise à nouer de nouvelles amitiés dans un cadre international, a travers le partage des expériences et les activités conviviales dans un but de découvrir d’autres cultures.
FYA contribue, à travers la richesse d’arts, d’activités culturelles, ainsi que les programmes d'apprentissage non formel, les échanges culturels, dont elles sont un lieu d’apprentissage, de culture et d’amitié pour les tunisiens et les jeunes du monde entier.
Le mission poursuivi par FYA est le développement des jeunes, savoir les autonomiser, les responsabiliser en vue d’un développement humain durable.
Nos objectifs sont:
-l’insertion et l'intégration sociale des étrangers en Tunisie
- lutte contre les discriminations, le racisme et la xénophobie.
- Développer, encourager et promouvoir les activités artistiques et culturelles
- Promouvoir le développement personnelle chez les jeunes tel que (leadership, le fund rising, l’entreprenariat …)
- Promouvoir l'engagement civique & Démocratique et la citoyenneté active chez les jeunes

privata. Lo scopo principale che la Cooperativa intende perseguire è quello dell'interesse
generale della comunità alla promozione del benessere e all'integrazione sociale dei cittadini, attraverso la gestione di servizi socio-sanitari, assistenziali, educativi
e culturali rivolte a donne, minori e famiglie, immigrati e giovani.La cooperativa segue un approccio integrato di progettazione, gestione, ricerca e sviluppo dei servizi. Le sollecitazioni date dal lavoro territoriale vengono sviluppate e costituiscono il nucleo dell'attività progettuale e di ricerca.
La cultura organizzativa di Libra mette al centro del processo organizzativo il contributo delle persone e delle loro competenze progettuali ed ideative.
La caratteristica distintiva della cooperativa è, infatti, quella di gestire i servizi con operatori altamente professionalizzati capaci di trasferire la pratica del rapporto diretto con il territorio in azioni di sviluppo.
Libra è certificata UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 per il seguente campo applicativo:
"Progettazione ed erogazione di servizi: di informazione ed orientamento per giovani, donne, immigrati e disabili e gestione banche dati; socio-educativi rivolti a pre-adolescenti ed adolescenti a rischio di disagio sociale; psico-sociali di trattamento delle famiglie multiproblematiche; animativi per la promozione dell'aggregazione di giovani, donne ed immigrati e lo sviluppo di comunità".

نطاق المؤسسة الجغرافي محافظات الدلتا الخمس(الغربية ـ المنوفية ـ الدقهلية ـ كفر الشيخ ـ دمياط).. لحاجة هذه المناطق إلى المنتجات الثقافية وتعميق الفكر والوجدان.
إن الهدف من إنشاء الجمعية في الأساس هو أن تكون جزءً من وسائل التغيير، وسبيلاً لمعاونة التوجه المدني للدولة دعماً لحرية التعبير والفكر والإبداع.
لقد أدرجنا في برنامجنا جانباً للتنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، بالإضافة إلى التوعية البيئية باعتبار أن الثقافة لاتبتعد عن شيئ من هذا، وكما قيل لا يمكن أن نعزل التنمية عن احتياجات وضروريات بناء الإنسان ثقافياً.
هذا مشروع نريده أن ينجح ويصبح فاعلاً ليتكرر في مناطق أخرى كالصعيد وسيناء ومطروح، ولن يتم هذا إلا بإدارة مدربة ومعاونة الجهات المحترفة في هذا المجال.

La mission de l'association est de relever les paysans ruraux de la pauvreté tout en protégeant les ressources naturelles.
Les objectifs de l'association sont:
