General Information

Since 2008 we exist as a civic non-profit organization in Martin, Slovakia. We work with volunteers. We dont have employes right now. Our budged doesnt usually exceed 25000 Eur per year. Our sources of funding: Government and local grants, Visegrad grant, European grants We already organized plenty of projects focused on importing artists from all over the Slovakia an Europe into our region. (international jazz festival Jazzalife, all year seasons of art/music activities,..) Our main partners now are Ministry of culture SR, Visegrad Fund, Town of Martin.

Mission and Objectives

Non-profit organization M@M o.z. was found in 2008 by group of artists, cultural and technical managers, as a reaction of the insufficient development of cultural offer in Martin town. Despite this fact Martin town is officialy provide in Slovak Constitution as „The capital“ of Slovak culture. We become cultural alternative for the audience not only from Martin, but also from the whole region of Central Slovakia with an objective to prepare a professional opened cultural space focused on a high purpose art. We support artists across various artistic disciplines, such as performing arts (music, theatre, film), literary arts, media and digital arts, interdisciplinary and multi-disciplinary arts. Mission Statement: To promote the creation, performance and distribution of the arts in region of Central Slovakia. Our objectives are awarding arts grants, providing arts services, coordinating arts advocacy, and generally promoting appreciation and participation in the arts.

Main Projects / Activities

Every year we aplly for projects to ministry of culture and Visegrad fund. Projects are planned to import musicians and artist from all over the Europe so we can confront our arts and skills. We try in these project to create common platform for both, Slovak and Europeans artists.

What we can offer is that we have quite goot overview in slovak culture, so we can recommend and manage to other istitutions in ALF what is the best what the Sovak Republic have in its arts.

General Information
Our organization currently consists of four members (two experts) and one president. It relies both on private and institutional funding. Our actions varies from organizing lectures and workshops attended by public to organizing festivals presenting tworks of the contempoary artists. Our partners are usually embassies of the respective country and local cultural centres.
Mission and Objectives

Our mission is to eradicate prevailing stereotypes in the civil society and to facilitate cooperation in the cultural, religion and good practices sphere. Our objective is to mobilize both youth and experts to engage themselves in the intercultural/interfaith activities thus contributing to better knowledge of "the Other" and help to prevent arising conflict that might be triggered by the aforementioned clashes.

Main Projects / Activities

Our projects aim at bringing two shores of the Mediterranean closer, using art, organizing workshops and festivals and promote intercultural understanding also via translating the crucial literary works.

Organization is expanding a space of gender and media culture and supports and presents the work of female artists, entrepreneurs, civil initiatives and other gender aware groups and individuals through the internet portal voxfeminae.net, VoxFeminae Festival and Vox Feminae services. An executive body of 5 persons (2 employed full time and 3 on honorary basis) deals with weekly and monthly actions in the organization and projects, while the whole memberhip (25) gathers yearly to decide on the organization’s operational and strategy plan. Expected budget in 2013 is between 50 and 65 thousand €. Croatian Audiovisual Center, Ministry of Culture, Department of Education, Culture and Sports of the City of Zagreb and National Foundation for Civil Society Development are major donors, while organisation’s income from services is between 15 and 35%. Our main partners are national and regional CSOs dealing with gender and culture.

To increase visibility and influence of women who, through their work, contribute to the creation of a society of gender equality and by their example encourage socially responsible functioning. Our vision is a society in which decisions are equally made by women, men and all those who do not acknowledge gender as binary, which respects and implements principles of harmony, self-sustainable development and abundance for all.

Internet portal Voxfeminae.net - The articles we publish include views, reviews and comments on the cultural and social events and phenomena, relevant and up to date news and commentary on culture, politics and the media, interviews and conversations with female artists, theorists, activists, entrepreneurs and all those whose work is essential to make more visible. Vox Feminae Festival is an international and interdisciplinary festival whose focus is to promote national and international female artists and/or groups of artist and in their work which examine clash of contemporary art, urban and alternative culture and gender issues and gender-sensitive social engagement. Video production and Educations - We are producing video reports that deal with women's position on society and provide better visibility of their actions and organizing workshops about new media, the basics of journalism, CMS systems, Social Networks, video production and other.

Organization can increase visibility and influence of Network and it's members by presenting them through established Vox Feminae festival and magazine VoxFeminae.net, and thus attract new members to the Network, as well as making stronger advocacy for gender equality, pluralism and cultural diversity with partners within Network.

Mardin has a population of seven different languague and religion. The city is also considered of being an open museum.From centuries of time people in the city lives together as a brother. Their culture is based fromcenturies until Mezopotamium Age.
İn the city mosque voice mixes with churh voice. The people always live friendly. The horses keep racing in the fields of Mardin.Mardin especially has its own culture which has to be known by the world.Our mission is to unite our culture with the rest of the world.

Main Projects / Activities

We had two big projects with EU Turkhish National Agency last year. One of them is about preventing violance against Women. The other is about living together like brother between different religions named we are all brothers. There Armenians, Syrians (christians), Kurdish, Muslims, all christian persuasions, İzedi, Jeweish, peole live in the City. Turkhish, Arabians, Chechns, Circassian live as one. The city also has many temples from all religions.

Accem is a Non-profit Making Organisation that provides attention and reception to refugees and immigrants in Spain promoting its social and labour integration. The technical staff is about 637 employees and more than 500 volunteers. The sources of funding are public financing through projects at local, regional, state and European level.
Mission and Objectives

Accem guarantees the interculturality and the defence of the fundamental rights in a democratic framework, constituting as a valid interlocutor for the mediation among the different social actors.
Our entity acquires with its work a relevant role on the promotion of the citizenship, with a special attention to the refugees and immigrants communities, looking for the complicity of the social setting and the territory to strength its social leading role.
