“Brain Drain: Albania’s challenges and measures to be taken by public institutions to prevent young people from leaving the country”

On 30th of March, 10:00am – 12:30pm at the premises of Hotel Plaza, European Democracy Youth Network in Albania in collaboration with Anna Lindh Foundation Albania and with the support of NDI Albania will organise a round table to address the phenomenon of “Brain Drain” in Albania. Representatives from public institutions and international organisations in Albania, embassies, civil society organisations, groups of interest, universities, and youths will gather to discuss and provide concrete recommendations to address this issue.

As a result of the comprehensive discussions, a list with key recommendations will be shared with relevant stakeholders, including public institutions that are in charge of developing and implementing strategies, policies, decisions, laws/bylaws, and measures to address this problem as early as possible.

The activity is open for the Anna Lindh Foundation Network members in Albania, and for other stakeholders who are interested in participating.

For those of you who are interested in the topic, have something to add to the discussion and recommendations, kindly confirm your participation within March 29th, 2022, to the following e-mail address: albania@edyn.eu
