MISS CHEF® (www.misschef.net) is a no-profit cultural association aiming at the promotion of the growth of the female talent. With the collaboration of public institutions and other cultural associations, it contributes to the diffusion of the Italian Culture and food and wine tradition, in different forms and expressions, promoting the “Made in Italy” culinary excellences, known and appreciated all over the world. In fact, the MISS CHEF® Association is a multicultural container in which it is possible to meet ideas, insights, knowledge, planning, entrepreneurial, artisan and artistic realities from different sectors that characterize the "Made in Italy", but always focusing on the value of the Italian woman. MISS CHEF® ASSOCIATION owns the national and international Award “MISS CHEF®” organized and implemented since 2012. MISS CHEF have a eight ten persons in its staff and over twenty partners in Italy and abroad. In a year MISS CHEF can reach a budget of about 20000 euros in resources coming from public entities ad private sponsors. MISS CHEF realizes seminars and concrete projects. Main partnes are some public Region, Universities and other no profit Associations.
Mission and Objectives

The Award consists in a competition in show cooking born in 2012 and become, in 2014, itinerant in several Italian regions and has made competitions even in the USA. With its innovative and dynamic formula on tour, it wants to contribute to exalt the socio-cultural value-ness, of the Italianness. The protagonists of the competition are some Chef Women for each competition, selected for curriculum and professional merits. The chefs on competition are engaged in the realization of a dish according to their repertoire in the kitchen following the strict Regulation of the Award. The competition consists in a show cooking with the subsequent tasting of the dishes realized and offered to two Juries, a technical one and an institutional one; the jurors may ask the chefs for questions or explanations and, soon after the tasting, will give an overall judgment according to some pre-fixed criteria. The Award Juries are always made up of personalities from the political, economic, entertainment and socio-cultural national and international world, journalists and food and wine experts. While they are at work in the kitchen or in front of the juries, the competitors describe their dishes underlining the interpretation of the classic recipe, the use of certain ingredients, the recovery of certain flavors and products that make the excellence of the different territories; illustrating their own recipe in the competition, each Chef tells her family and professional history. The competition takes place in some prestigious locations that host the tour stops in the various Italian regions and abroad. Each competition has a MISS CHEF® Winner . The format is further enhanced by an innovative formula complementing the experience MISS CHEF®, moments of culture, entertainment and discussions, cooking demonstrations and conferences may be planned and implemented from time to time for the promotion of excellence and typical manufacturing or territorial peculiarities and, of course, the highlight of the competition which is the MISS CHEF® Award.

Conceived by the journalist MARIANGELA PETRUZZELLI, president, author and artistic director of the Award, which is the first competition among some of the best Italian Chef Women with the proposition, all in pink, of the most renowned menu of the traditional Italian cuisine, between yesterday and today.MISS CHEF realizes also MISS CHEF Academy to teach high quality cusine. MISS CHEF promotes and realizes cultural and socio- economical meetings, events and debates.

MEP ITALIA is an non profit apolitical cultural association which has been composed by young high schoolers/students and High school professors in 1996. The association is recognized on a statutory basis by Italian institutions in the legislative framework. The aim of this association is to promote a citizenship's education in an European dimension, to give value to cultural pluralism and diversity which is seen as factors of a mere human development. The association has an Administration Council of 15 members, works in partnership with academic high school establishments which have formed a " network of MEP Schools". Annual ressources are merest and come from the academic establishments' inscriptions to the association and to youth who participate to the projects. The financing's origins of the projects are basically institutionals - local and regional administrations, office of the European Parliament in Italia
Mission and Objectives

The association's aim is to promote a citizenship's education in an European dimension, to give value to cultural pluralism and diversity which is seen as factors of a mere human development.

Main Projects / Activities

The association organises at regional level or domestically and sometimes at international level, sessions of parliamentary activies' simulations, basically simulations of the European Parliament (4 or 5 annual sessions).
Moreover, the association organised training's seminar for youth who will become successively overseers of project's activities : work of the Parliamentary commission and of the General Assembly in the heart of simulation's sessions.
Consequently, during these ten years of activity, hundreds of youth matured a large awarness of their citizen responsability.

momas_sotterranei d'arte contemporanea is an artspace and project dedicated to exhibiting, producing and experimenting with different styles of contemporary art. It occupies 170 square metres over two floors, subdivided into four inter-linked underground rooms and three ground floor areas.
momas exists to promote artists, emphasising diverse creative expression and giving life to site-specific works, and invites artists to work directly in the momas studio. momas activities aim to give people the opportunity to experience contemporary art directly and to facilitate new encounters between artists and the public.
momas_sotterranei d'arte contemporanea can be found in the historic "Seminario dei Nobili" building, the headquarters of the Monte Manso di Scala Foundation, at Via Nilo 34, in the historic centre of Naples.

General Information

NICOLA is an association of social promotion, the activities and their projects are aimed at young people and their territory. It was founded by a group of young, who have spent part of their childhood and adolescence in the street, who have great enthusiasm for the arts. The organization is currently small with a turnover of 30-60K per year, it has 20 freelance professionals, who are employed based on projects, those are also volunteers during the all year; it also has about 60 young members, but acts on a fairly large area, located between the provinces of Naples and Salerno. NICOLA promotes a constant and solid policy of protection and promotion of equal opportunities, it operates within the framework of social problems and the promotion of well-being, participation in children and adults who live with hope and shared dreams, making their passions a job. Moreover NICOLA is working with several municipalities in Campania, promoting projects and European programs.

Mission and Objectives

NICOLA undertakes to:
- Elaborate frameworks of activities to define a clear path for learning and development
- Create flexible environments that adapt to the needs of young people and not the other way around
- Provide instructions from competent young professionals with experience to create a clear distinction from school or formal learning
- Attract role models, professional artists and celebrities, interacting with young people, as well as inspiring and encouraging them Facilitate learning.
- Encourage mixed groups with performances in various disciplines to meet and work on various projects
- Provide informal sessions designed to inspire collaborative projects
- Encourage different ethnic groups to work together to broaden horizons
- Working on international projects that expose young people to new cultures and ideas
- Provide a competitive element for execution while educating artists on the reality of the industry by providing a focus to improve quality and stimulate ambition
- Create a relaxed and social environment to get the best creativity and ideas
- We divide groups into a limited size to ensure an optimal creative environment
- We do not give theory lessons. through professional and social experiences we encourage our youth Fighting youth unemployment.
- By providing our members with a wide range of skills and experiences we prepare them for work and life - Attract industry experts and record companies

- Obtaining recognized qualifications in their specialization Monitoring is a crucial part of what we are able to transmit to young people
