Tatweer Baladna is a Lebanese non-profit organization. ​

Our programs are centered around providing youth with skills and mindset to facilitate transition into the future of work while promoting community engagement where youth are the main agents of their development and are actively involved in their communities.

Tatweer Baladna (TB) is a Lebanese non-profit organization founded in 2017 aiming to focus on quality education and community engagement.
Since its foundation, TB has helped thousands of children, youth, students and teachers elevate their knowledge and skills. It also engaged with key stakeholders and established solid partnerships with schools, municipalities, and active organizations across Lebanon.

Mission and Objectives

At Tatweer Baladna, we have made it our mission to support access to quality education, decent jobs, and environmental sustainability for all.
We advocate and develop programs to equip youth with 21st-century skills to transition into the future of jobs and set goals to acquire the right soft and tech skills and Mindset and emotional well-being.

Main Projects / Activities

1- STEAM Education: Tatweer Baladna is a lead content and programs provider for STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) in schools and educational institutions. We also provide TOT for educators to learn how to integrate STEAM into school curriculums.

2- Virtual Reality Training: Tatweer Baladna provides Intro to Virtual Reality program and Gamification Through VR programs.

3- Entreupact program: a two-day ideathon, where trainees will be provided with training on social entrepreneurship and ideas generation through practicing problem-solution identification which fosters an entrepreneurial mindset and gives the participants the feeling of belonging through identifying solutions to societal problems that they are facing.

4- Capacity Building: Tatweer Baladna provides organizations with the necessary managerial skills to help them excel as active organizations in the community, such as MEAL training, Proposal Writing, Purchasing and Procurement, and Impact Management.

5- Coding and Employability Skills Training: through our 50-hour CodePact Training Progrma, we equip youth and young professionals with the needed coding and employability skills to help them land their future tech job, or pursue their freelancing career.

Empowering Communities, Transforming Environments: Wise Women Plumbers
Cooperative (WWPC) envisions a future where women play a pivotal role in
sustainable plumbing practices, fostering water reuse, environmental stewardship,
developing green jobs for women, and creating thriving, equitable communities
across Jordan.
OUR MISSION is dedicated to providing top-notch plumbing services with an
unwavering commitment to championing the inclusion and empowerment of
women in the traditionally male-dominated field. We extend beyond conventional
plumbing solutions, actively contributing to water reuse initiatives, creating green
job opportunities, and supporting environmental conservation efforts. Through
skillful craftsmanship, community engagement, and an unyielding commitment to
quality, we aspire to reshape the plumbing landscape for the betterment of our
communities and the environment.

By sharing their success stories and challenges faced in the male-dominated field of plumbing, they can inspire other women to pursue non-traditional careers.

3. Community Outreach: The cooperative can engage in community outreach programs in collaboration with the civil society networks to provide plumbing services to marginalized communities. We can help the network through access to thousands of students from tens of schools all across Lebanon, in addition to access to a pool of experts in education, NGO management, and tech skills. We are also well-connected with more than 20 NGOs in Lebanon and have access to international donors, mainly The Public Diplomacy Section in Beirut, having won six grants to date.

Besides that, we design projects and proposals collaboratively with partners, through our solid in-house grants unit.
We also have access to a US-based education-specialized company called NuMinds Enrichment.

تأسست جمعية على قدر أهل العزم الخيرية بتاريخ 16/11/2017 وتحمل الرقم الوطني: 2017074191
وعدد أعضائها المسجلين 60 عضو وجمعيتنا جمعية سيدات تهتم بشؤون المرآه ودورها الفعال في المجتمع من خلال اقامة دورات تدريبيه لها في القطاعات الفنية والمهنية الغير تقليدية والمهارات ذات الصلة بالاقتصاد الرقمي والعمل على توظيف الشابات بالتعاون مع الهيئات المؤسسية، وممثلي القطاع الخاص، والأكاديميين، ومراكز الفكر، كما نقوم بالعمل مع المنظمات الانسانية الداعمة في تحديد الفرص المتاحة لزيادة مشاركة المرأة في القطاعات الاقتصادية ونقوم بتقديم الدعم المتكامل للمرأة في تعزيز الانتاجيه لديها في جميع المجالات الممكنة من أجل تهيئة بيئة مواتية لتحسين وصول المرأة من خلال اتاحة فرص عمل وتأمين الدخل لها بالعمل اللائق في المنطقة والعمل على ربط الأعمال التجارية الصغيرة للنساء بالمشترين عن طريق تسويق منتجاتهم للمحلات التجارية الموجودة في المنطقة وتوسيع نطاق أسواقهن
كما اننا حصلنا على تمويل من الاتحاد الاوربي بقيمة 10000 يورو بالتعاون مع تحالف تقوده المبادرة النسوية الاورومتوسطية وقمنا بتدريب 20 سيدة من المجتمع المحلي على الترويج الرقمي والمهارات الحياتية والترويج السياحي وفي نهاية المشروع قمنا بعمل فيلم ترويجي سياحي للمنطقة واستطعنا استهداف 50 شخص بطريقة مباشرة واستهدفنا اكثر من 12000 شخص بطريقة غير مباشرة
وحصلنا ايضا على حقيبة اقراضية بقيمة 8000 دينار اردني نقوم بأعطاء السيدات التي لديها مشاريع منزلية متناهية الصغر لتمكينها اقتصاديا واستفاد من هذا الخدمة لغاية الان 17 سيدة وما زلنا نقدم هذه الخدمة لغاية هذا اليوم
كما نقوم بالتشارك مع الؤسسات والمنظمات الانسانية بشكل دوري ونقوم بتوزيع طرود غذائية وملابس وكابونات شرائية ولحوم ومستلزمات الاطفال والرضع والمعينات الحركية على من هم بحاجه اليها
ونقوم ايضا بأنشاء دورات تدريبية وتعليمية وورشات عمل مشتركة للسيدات ونعمل ايضا على تشبيك السيدات مع المؤسسات والقطاعات الخاصة والحكومية لتوظيفهم وظيفة لائقة

كما قمنا بالتشارك مع مؤسسة نور الحسين وقامو بأنشاء مركز طبي مجاني للمجتمع المحلي وكان مقر هذا المركز في مبنى الجمعية

المهمة:
تعد الجمعية بتعزيز ثقافة المواطنة والعمل التطوعي والمساهمة في البحث عن حلول لبعض المشاكل الاجتماعية والثقافية التي يواجهها الشباب وجميع سكان موريتانيا.
وتعزيز التقدم الاجتماعي في موريتانيا من خلال قيم الحرية.
الأهداف:
تعزيز الحوار بين الثقافات: من خلال تنظيم الأنشطة والفعاليات التي تهدف إلى تشجيع التواصل والتفاهم بين الثقافات المختلفة في المنطقة.
بناء القدرات: من خلال تقديم برامج تدريبية وورش عمل للشباب في مجالات مثل الاتصال والقيادة وحل النزاعات.
دعم التبادل الثقافي: من خلال تنظيم برامج التبادل الثقافي للشباب من مختلف دول منطقة البحر الأبيض المتوسط.
تعزيز التنوع الثقافي: من خلال زيادة الوعي بأهمية التنوع الثقافي واحترام الاختلافات.

المتطوعون: شبكة من المتطوعين الداعمين للأنشطة.
المشاريع:
الحوار بين الثقافات وبناء القدرات: التواصل، والقيادة، وريادة الأعمال، وحل النزاعات.

تعد الجمعية بتعزيز ثقافة المواطنة والعمل التطوعي والمساهمة في البحث عن حلول لبعض المشاكل الاجتماعية والثقافية التي يواجهها الشباب وجميع سكان موريتانيا.
وتعزيز التقدم الاجتماعي في موريتانيا من خلال قيم الحرية.
الأهداف:
تعزيز الحوار بين الثقافات: من خلال تنظيم الأنشطة والفعاليات التي تهدف إلى تشجيع التواصل والتفاهم بين الثقافات المختلفة في المنطقة.

Our organization staff and a network of over 50 stakeholders, and we have just started submitting and working on vet mobilities and EU Projects.
