L’Observatoire Marocain de la Paix Sociale (OMPS) est une organisation non gouvernementale régie par la loi de 1958, crée en 2002. L’OMPS met ses compétences au service des acteurs du développement économique et social, pour mener à bien des actions dans le domaine des études socioéconomiques, de la formation et l’appui institutionnel et de la performance des interlocuteurs de développement local. Les projets développés reposent sur un partenariat local fort, avec des groupements villageois, des associations, des entreprises, des collectivités et des institutions. Cela permet d'assurer la pérennisation des acquis. Les partenaires de l’OMPS sont toujours étroitement impliqués dans la réalisation des programmes de développement. Cette collaboration est basée sur un esprit d'échange de compétences et de connaissances. Un réseau d'acteurs du développement, membres de: - Collectivités locales et services déconcentrés de l’Etat ; - Réseaux nationaux et internationaux de développement ; - Associations et organismes partenaires au Nord et au Sud.
Mission and Objectives

Notre mission
1. Initier et conduire des projets de développement durable, fondés sur une forte implication des opérateurs locaux, dans une approche globale: identification des besoins, montage institutionnel, mise en place de techniques et de solutions adaptées.
2. Assister les maîtres d'ouvrages dans la conduite de leurs projets: études préalables, montage de projet, suivi technique.
3. Réaliser des missions d'expertise, des études de faisabilité et des études de marché ainsi que des opérations de recherche appliquée au développement.
4. Accompagner, professionnaliser et former les opérateurs locaux dans leurs activités: gestion de projet, démarche qualité et maîtrise de nouvelles technologies.
5. Capitaliser et restituer les savoir-faire techniques et méthodologiques.
