L’Entraide Nationale a pour mission d’apporter toute forme d’aide et d’assistance aux populations et de concourir à la promotion familiale  et sociale.
Elle contrôle les oeuvres privées d’assistance et de bienfaisance qu’elle subventionne.
Elle peut être consultée sur  l’opportunité de la création de toute oeuvre publique à caractère social ou charitable ainsi que sur les mesures générales ou particulières intéressant la solidarité et l’entraide.
Elle effectue la collecte, le stockage, la répartition et la distribution des dons et subventions dans le cadre des missions qui lui sont dévolues.
Elle contribue à la formation des agents affectés aux oeuvres qu’elle contrôle.
Elle peut être appelée à participer à la création d’institutions et d’établissements destinés à faciliter l’accès au travail et à l’intégration sociale des orphelins, des handicapés physiques et de toute personne relevant de son assistance.
L’Entraide Nationale peut, sans  autorisation spéciale, faire appel à la générosité publique.

Les missions sont :
-mettre en place une plus large définition du service universel qui englobe tous les services de télécommunication y compris l’Internet et la création d’un fonds du service universel alimenté par une participation des opérateurs à hauteur de 2% de leur chiffre d’affaires,
- permettre l’utilisation des infrastructures alternatives pour permettre un développement rapide de la couverture du territoire en matière de réseaux de télécommunications publics,
- permettre la mutualisation et le partage de certaines infrastructures (emprises, ouvrages de génie civil, artères et canalisations, points hauts) dont peuvent disposer les personnes morales de droit public, les concessionnaires de services public et les opérateurs de télécommunications,
- mettre en place un nouveau mécanisme dans le domaine de la participation des ERPT à la formation, à la normalisation et à la recherche, sur la base de leur contribution à hauteur de 1% de leur chiffre d’affaire.

To achieve its mission and function development of digital citizen set of goals:
O contribute to moving the media landscape through a sense of citizenship;
O youth rehabilitation cognitive in involvement in the series of local development and public affairs;
O promote studies in the field of media, democracy and civic education;
O the preparation and development of youth rehabilitation programmes;
O deepen altwahad links and cooperation with different actors and development workers;
O build the scientific talent capable of discussing issues in depth and discreet;
O work in consolidating the principle of good governance in public affairs through sensitization and awareness-raising;
O configure the relations of cooperation between the national and local institutions and national and foreign equivalents;
O support for both development and democracy reforms that push society and youth;
O invite young people to participate in human development programmes and the promotion of the community as well as the status of young people;
O provide training workshops;
O strengthen the capacity of young people to acquire new techniques.
O address audaciously to what threatens the community development process and the framing of his youth;
O work for education for citizenship, responsibility, accountability and awareness concept grooving;
O developing the skills of young people in work and production of information materials concerned with the issues of citizens techniques «multimédia
(Photos, short films ...) ;
O legal and media composition, developmental, intellectual and cognitive rehabilitation for members of the digital citizen;
O all noble goals that don't contradict the law.

Comme nous l’avons dit auparavant, elle répond au Ministère de la Culture marocain qui a pour mission d’élaborer et de mettre en œuvre la politique du gouvernement dans le domaine du patrimoine et du développement culturel et artistique. A son échelle, la Direction Régionale de la Culture applique cette politique qui touche tous les domaines culturels.
LA DRC souhaite vivement rejoindre le Réseau de La FAL car elle pense avoir les mêmes objectifs et cela lui permettrait d’élargir son réseau. Mais cela lui permettrait surtout de développer les actions de coopération interculturelle avec les pays du pourtour de la Méditerranée, que ce soit avec la rive nord ou avec la rive sud.

Mainly assist in the environment

Le club a pour objectif de sensibiliser les jeunes et le sexe Salma et rafraîchit sportives féminines dans la région, ce qui a un moins dans les sports féministes

- To be an actor of human development, while acting in the districts known as "disadvantaged", insufficiently equipped in infrastructures with reception and accompaniment with the young people - To offer to the young people a framework adapted to listening and to ensure the services necessary to them to their school success - To propose to the graduates without employment and to the young people without qualification, a vocational training ensuring an accompaniment and a direct insertion in company to them - To offer to the young people an opening on the world by the means of the theatre, concerts, exposures, etc - To take part in the dialogue between the East and the Occident and to contribute to the comprehension of the various Mediterranean cultures

The Foundation was created to contribute to the renewal of the intellectuals, leaders and policymakers of Morocco and the Arab, Mediterranean and African region through three axis of action:
- By restoring the teaching of political, economic and social sciences in educational programmes in Morocco.
- By recognizing and emphasizing the value of cultural, social and academic diversity among its students;
- By fostering academic excellence and ensuring that EGE Rabat follows international standards in its teaching and research.
