Balkan Express is a platform that connects people interested in collaboration in and with the Balkans involved in contemporary art and complementary socially engaged practices. Balkan Express is a platform for reflection on the new roles of contemporary arts in a changing political and social environment. It builds new relations; encourages sharing and cooperation and contributes to the recognition of contemporary arts in the Balkans and wider.
As an informal network Balkan Express exists since 2002, in 2012 the decision was made to establish a formal body - Association Balkan Express, which is now based in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Publishing contemporary theory, sociology and new anthropology, textbooks, philosophy and contemporary literature; organising cultural events.

Bok & Mal, d. o. o., has always been focused on the needs of NGOs as well as the private sector. Therefore, we offer comprehensive language solutions for different fields of activity, focusing especially on intercultural exchange and cooperation between nations and cultures in the Euro-Mediterranean region. We will develop language tools and methods for both sectors and become one of the leading providers of such solutions in the region. Furthermore, we want to stimulate and foster intercultural dialogue between citizens. Providing mutual understanding between people is, at the same time, our main mission and objective.

The aim of Bunker is to refresh and invigorate the Slovene cultural space with innovative approaches. We encourage the mobility of artists and their works both in Slovenia and abroad; and promote the intertwining of different art disciplines. We create a space, which allows the exchange of experiences, knowledge and interests among artists and various audiences. Bunker tries to stimulate discussions regarding various artistic practices and subjects; and to create artistic programmes and events that reflect upon topical social, ecological, political and cultural issues.

THE PURPOSE is the production and presentation of theatre and dance performances and the organization of workshops and other educational programs. Bunker is sensitive to all issues involved in developing the stage arts, from the infrastructure and education all the way to the position of contemporary arts.
THE GOALS of Bunker include opening Slovene cultural space and enabling the exchange of experience and knowledge among the artists as well as involving the local audiences in all the processes of development. Bunker attempts to create an environment promoting the discussion of various artistic practices and subject matters beyond Slovene cultural boundaries.

Čar Slovenije wants to promote slovenian authors, heritage, culture and literature generally.

Mission: Carnica Institute has developed a sustainable and repeatable business model in cultural and creative industries which was acknowledged by experts focused on heritage economics. Together with artists Carnica envisions an international cultural hub, a community of artists and cultural workers. Every year Carnica welcomes volunteers to understand cultural non-governmental work. Carnica hosts several international events and runs Artists-in-residence programme. Also it has produced up to ten large size murals and collages in the city of Kranj. Carnica supports the idea of regional development through culture and strives for Kranj to become a city of art festivals.

Objectives:
> connecting non-governmental cultural, educational and urban organizations of Gorenjska region and beyond
> combining interdisciplinary art and cultural heritage research with co-creation
> internationalize annual program of artist-in-residence center
> support under-represented contemporary art such as collage, textile, land art, mosaic, piano music, kinetic ceramics

Center EMUNI is the Secretariat of EMUNI University.
The University will develop academic and professional human resources in the region and will contribute to the creation of a common higher education and research area in line with the developments of the Bologna Process, the Catania Declaration and the Cairo Declaration. It will also support and strengthen the existing co-operation networks among universities and institutes by promoting and organizing joint study and research programmes.

Les principaux partenaires impliqués dans les projets. Activités et objectifs sont les suivants: la coopération internationale dans le domaine du dialogue interculturel, Arts du spectacle (activités de soutien au spectacle vivant), la création artistique, développement de la culture et l'éducation culturelle, dialogue interculturel, l'échange de pratiques avec des organisations partenaires, les liens entre les institutions et les secteurs de la société, la coordination, la conception et la représentation des vues et des politiques sur la culture et l'art et liés à la culture des activités en vue de sauvegarder les intérêts communs des membres en ce qui concerne les organes compétents de l'Etat, des institutions et des organisations, des projets d'organisation et de la mise en œuvre, réunions d'experts d'organisation sur la culture et l'art en mettant l'accent sur le dialogue interculturel, établir, maintenir et organiser l'échange d'informations, d'expériences et de connaissances avec les organisations et institutions internationales et représentant les vues des membres en ce qui concerne les organisations internationales, en particulier au niveau européen et la participation des intérêts internationaux dans les associations membres dans les domaines qui relèvent des activités de l'institut.
