Alda presents to you...

The AMIL project (Alliance Multi-Stakeholder for Migrants Integration and Labor) runs from May 2024 to April 2027, focusing on improving the labor market integration of third-country nationals (TCNs) in Cyprus, Greece, and Italy, key migration entry points facing labor market challenges for migrants. It aimed to improve migrants' access to employment by focusing on economic integration through skill-building, mentorship, and policy advocacy.

The project, coordinated by ALDA and led by CIES Onlus is funded by the EU’s Asylum, Migration, and Integration Fund, it aims to expand the MEIC (Migrants Economic Integration Cluster) model. The project enhances professional skills, boosts employability, and strengthens cooperation among key local and regional actors for sustainable economic inclusion. As part of its role in the project, Speha Fresia will conduct research and analysis of the labor market and establish a database of “inclusive companies” in the Lazio region. The project highlights the importance of cooperation between governments, businesses, and civil society in overcoming integration challenges.
