The global illiteracy reports that disadvantaged in girl child education is not limited to one culture, society or region. Majority of the orphans and vulnerable children globally live in extreme poverty and are often estranged by society. They have to struggle for access to quality education on the other hand and their rights as OVCs on the other hand. ICT today has become an indispensable tools for human development with overwhelming impact of new technologies globally.
