BW2CLUB is a digital platform app that unites women and girls globally, fostering their empowerment, celebrating their diversity, and igniting their personal and professional advancement. Rooted in providing a secure haven with a steadfast stance against bullying, harassment, and discrimination, it stands as a nurturing environment dedicated to their growth and well-being when women and girls can connect, share their journeys, support each other, explore different opportunities, and inspire one another. We have taken the essence of a community and given it a digital makeover. The founder of Better Women Better World is Ksenija Nikolova. In North Macedonia, this organization is registered as an NGO that collaborates with people on different projects but has no full-time employees. BW2CLUB launched as a digital platform a month ago, so we are growing our community by the day. The app launched as a free app, but soon we will introduce some subscription bases tools. BW2CLUB's funding is secured through various sources, including grants from international organizations, investments from private companies, donor contributions from individual donors, and collaboration with governmental and non-governmental organizations. Modalities of action: BW2CLUB actively operates through various modalities of action, including: Development and management of the digital platform and mobile application for the female network. Organizing webinars, trainings, and seminars for education and support of women and girls. Collaboration with educational institutions to promote the network and raise awareness. Implementation of projects and initiatives to support women and girls in various aspects of their lives. Main partners involved in the organization's projects/activities: BW2CLUB collaborates with a range of partners across different sectors, including international organizations, private companies, governmental institutions, educational institutions, and non-governmental organizations.
At the heart of Better Women Better World lies a fundamental commitment – to uplift and empower women and girls, equipping them to chase their aspirations and embrace their inherent potential. Recognizing the significance of a supportive community that aligns with shared values while also embracing diversity for mutual learning, we're dedicated to fostering such an environment. The creation of a safe space filled with acceptance and empathy, where women and girls can flourish collectively, stands as a pivotal step in this journey. Our firm conviction rests upon the premise that the values we cultivate within our community will exert a profoundly positive influence on all our members. This, in turn, is poised to usher in a constructive transformation in the global landscape. By ardently embracing and consistently embodying these values, we not only set a precedent but also inspire others to tread the same path of virtuous practice.
The main project of Better Women Better World is BW2CLUB, a female support network app connecting women and girls from different backgrounds, cultures and life paths, stimulating their mutual support, their creativity and both, personal and professional growth. The platform's remarkable recognition has earned it a prestigious position, securing its place as one of the top 24 finalists among women-led business ideas emerging from Eastern Europe and Central Asia. This remarkable achievement unfolded on the grand stage of EXPO Capital Quest 2023 in Istanbul; an event orchestrated by UN Women. During this event, a compelling presentation was made before potential investors and partners, culminating in the appointment of Ksenija Nikolova, the founder of Better Women Better World, as a brand ambassador for EXPO Capital Quest—an esteemed and honorable role. Recently, Ksenija was also awarded with a special recognition for empowering women in the Westerns Balkan Region by the Regional Corporation Council.
Ksenija can contribute to the network in her country in various ways. As the founder of BW2CLUB, she can lead by example through active involvement in the network's activities and initiatives. Ksenija can share her expertise and insights on women's empowerment and leadership, inspiring other members to engage and participate.
