The employment of the children, youth and adults, the communication and collaboration with fellow-countrymen and emigrants, the saving and revival of traditions, the communication and collaboration with the society and other nearby institutions.

In 2014-2015 in cooperation with the volunteering center "Deineta" the Library has been implementing the project "Youth voluntary service" which according to the EU voluntary  service program „Youth in Action“ creates a similar youth volunteering model in Lithuania. The project contributes to a more active involvement of young people into the labour market.

During the period of 2014- 2015 Siauliai city municipal public library branch „Saule“ has been running computer literacy training course according to the project of Lithuanian Labour Exchange under Social Security and Labour Ministry „Be sure in yourself“. The Project  helps the young people  16-25 years old who are not motivated to study, work ar participate in social life.
In the period  of 2011-2013 the Library carried out  Education Exchange Support Foundation project  funded by the Leonardo da Vinci partnerships program  "How museums, galleries, libraries and archives can contribute to lifelong learning." The project involved organizations and institutions from different EU countries (Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, France, Italy, Portugal) in order to clarify the role they play in supporting life-long learning, and its aim was to attract socially vulnerable groups: seniors, the disabled, the unemployed, needy families,  people experiencing serious illnesses or disabilities. The library has helped  to many  people to start participating in lifelong learning process. This helped them to promote their different skills, increase participation in community life,  develop their artistic expression, reduce  computer illiteracy.

The school provides two different approaches of formal education i.e. national syllabus and International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. In addition, the school organizes the non-formal education for pupils with activities such as folk-dances, various sports and arts, UNESCO club, Radio club and so one. Furthermore, the school provides teaching service of English and IT for adults. Finally, the school constantly participates in youth exchanges programmes, belongs to the associated network of UNESCO schools and hosts few volunteers.

Theater, Contemporary Clowning, Education.

The main activities of SMK first of all are higher education level studies where we seek to prepare future leaders that would be responsible global citizens. SMK is the best rated private higher education institution in Lithuania (Ratings of higher education institution in Lithuania, 2011) and offers 14 market-oriented study programmes acknowledged by European higher education institutions. Also SMK is implementing various activities, such as education and training, consulting services, scientific research, project management, counseling and professional orientation, activity related to information technologies.

Main projects: 9 documentary films from the series Living Tradition, 2007-2012. in cooperation with LLKC and JSC "United Baltic projects". Lithuanian Song Festival movie "This is my house" filming and coordination in 2014. Performance "White Christmas Dreams" staging in Vilnius College of Arts Faculty in 2014. "LT Identity" Awards for promoting the name of Lithuania in the world. Directing and organizing in Lithuanian Institute for 4 events - 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006.
Other activities: Making and producing documentary films, staging public events, event organization, concept development, script writing, conference moderation.

AWARDS
In 2010 the president of Lithuanian Republic Dalia Gribauskaite "Subtilu-Z" it is awarded by the thankful reading and writing for the brought III place from the international competition of accordion music "Citta di Castelfidardo" (Italy).
In 2011, Subtilu-Z has become a winner of the "Golden Disk 2011 – Audience Sympathies".
OTHER
In general educational and music schools actively we carry out the program of music education for children.
We organize charitable concerts in children's homes.

The institution is focusing on developing projects based on two main aims  - active citizenship and development of educational processes. It promotes and establishes friendly relations with other schools locally and internationally.
In its past it has implemented School Improvement Program Plus "General education schools UPGRADING", Action "Darom" ; Participated as a partner in projects "Protect the environment and recycling waste" in "Week Without Bullying"
