The Cross Network Activity has been organized by the Anna Lindh Foundation National Networks of France - ALDA - Association of Local Democracy Agencies, and Tunisia - WeYouth Organization, in the Framework of the Anna Lindh Foundation Virtual Marathon for Dialogue in the EuroMed. 

This online Webinar will tackle the issues of decentralisation in France and Tunisia, and the main aim is to strengthen the Civil Society in those countries.

The objective of the project is also to raise awareness concerning the Importance of Strengthening the democratic process through decentralization and by conflict solving and the ability to live together despite political, cultural differences.
