The mobility program launched jointly by the Spanish Network of the Anna Lindh Foundation (ReFAL) and the European Institute of the Mediterranean will bring about the celebration of four different initiatives by network members. This mobility program seeks to strengthen the dynamics and synergies among national member entities by covering travel and accommodation costs incurred by members within the framework of a joint initiative. In this regard, four different activities have been partially financed throughout the Spanish territory in February and March.

First, Solidaridad sin Fronteras, in collaboration with network member Ojalá Projects, will celebrate the European days of the project Fashion for Inclusion, that promotes social and labor inclusion of migrants and refugees, encouraging their access to professional training in the field of sustainable fashion. The initiative will take place on the 23rd of February in Madrid.

Second, Observatori Blanquerna de Religió i Cultura will organize Women in Research in collaboration with Sabina Civila from Grupo Ágora of the University of Huelva, a seminar focusing on the research field from a gender perspective. This roundtable will be celebrated on the 10th of March in Barcelona.

Third, a working day with workshops is being organised by Fundación ACM in the framework of drafting an inclusion guide from the perspective of refugees, with a special focus on youth and childhood. The event will count on the presence of experts on the subject from ReFAL member organisations who will share their insights for the guide on the 28th of February at the University of Valencia.

Last, Asociación Juventud para la Cultura y Minorias (JUCUM) will hold a multi-workshop event called Interracial Youth in Spanish Politics on the 24th of March in Terrassa, during which young people from diverse backgrounds will be brought together along with CSOs with the objective of bringing youth’s perspective to the attention of local governors.
