the Fondazione Emmanuel per il Sud del Mondo’s project continues for another 12 months. This project was born out of the need to respond to the primary needs of minors and women in the seven villages of Albania (Beltoje, Ashte, Kosmac, Stajke, Shelqet, Bushat, Malihebe) and specifically the lack of sanitation services, difficulty of access to basic education, lack of operators specialized in reception and psychological support, poor hygiene and nutrition of minors, inadequate facilities for workshop and recreational activities, the presence of women victims of domestic violence and in situations of extreme poverty. Targeted interventions are therefore necessary to support and include women and minors in fragile and vulnerable conditions in the social and cultural context of the country.
