General Information

Selfie Mbalite is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) legally registered in Mauritania. Our partners include government authorities, the European Union, the US Embassy in Mauritania, youth and women's organizations. Our average budget resources amount to 8000 euros from project calls for which we apply. Our main activities consist of workshops and awareness campaigns.

Mission and Objectives

The NGO Selfie Mbalite works for the protection of the environment, ecological development, the strengthening of national unity and social cohesion, and the social integration of youth and women through training and capacity building.

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?

We are eager to contribute to the Network Anna Lindh Foundation in Mauritania by aligning our efforts with the foundation's mission of promoting intercultural dialogue and cooperation. Our organization specializes in environmental protection, youth empowerment, and social cohesion, making us well-suited to collaborate on projects and initiatives aimed at fostering understanding and tolerance among diverse communities.

We can offer our expertise in organizing workshops, training sessions, and awareness campaigns focused on promoting intercultural dialogue and enhancing social cohesion. Through our established partnerships with local authorities, international organizations, and youth and women's groups, we can facilitate meaningful engagement and collaboration to advance the goals of the Anna Lindh Foundation.

Furthermore, we are committed to mobilizing resources and support to amplify the impact of the foundation's activities in Mauritania. By leveraging our networks and advocating for increased attention to intercultural dialogue and cooperation, we aim to contribute positively to the foundation's efforts in promoting peace, understanding, and mutual respect in our society.
