Ro2yaty Training Agency is the first in Alexandria that supports social activities to improve the community. We mainly focus on customized and special trainings for individuals & social activities that are initiating their activities, as well as those who are implementing and developing current and new projects.
We are working hard to support the output of this process and create either qualified employees able to add real value to their positions and be part of the community development, or be the change they want to see in the world and become effective young entrepreneurs.
Ro2yaty Training Agency was created with this purpose in mind; to work with other
to empower the job market with qualified youth. We create the required environment for youth to innovate, practice and experience what they are going
to face in the real market, providing the opportunity to visualize the future before
it is too late.

Actually, there are a lot of ways we can contribute to the ALF Network. First of all, through the collaborative model we are working with. Secondly, by providing capacity building programs in different majors for organizations who work in the civil society to raise their calibers. Thirdly, by introducing different collaborative projects in which other organizations in the network may be interested to join. Of course there are more to add, but these three are the major items of contribution for now.
As one of the main values in Ro2yaty is the collaborative cooperation, we believe that being part of ALF Network will add to Ro2yaty's network as well as ALF network. By joining ALF Network, we will be able to be communicating with other partners effectively and share different opportunities for others who may be interested in.
