Mawared for training and Capacity development started operating in October 2012, budgetary resources available per year are 20,000. The company seeks to support civil society organizations in Egypt as well as public sector institutes through training and capacity development. Another component is lifelong learning which aims to facilitate career shifts, enhance individual employability and strengthen work performance.
Mission and Objectives

Mawared for Training and Capacity development is registered as a private limited company that is however a social enterprise in essence, that operates as a profit making company to ensure financial sustainability. The company was established to support civil society through capacity development and traing in a multitude of topics that aim to strengthen their impact in society as well as building capacity of employees of public sector / gov institutes. We also seek to build capacity of youth through lifelong training program which is a set of workshops in different disciplines.
