to stabilize oil price and secure long stable scurity of supply for Oil and Gas.

1) Completion of a book about last energy proce crisis 2002 - 2008. Publish in Israel, then translate to more languages.
The call is the world society interest.
2) Establish a research organisation that will take the lead over other bodies that failed during last crisis. Including the IEA and others.
