The Beit Sahour Municipality is the administrative body responsible for the provision of basic services to and the welfare of the residents of Beit Sahour.
Our mission is to strengthen and solidify the role of the municipality in the community and to gain the trust and respect of its residents.
Our vision is to be the leading local government unit that provides high quality and dependable services that support and enhance the economic infrastructure of Beit Sahour with particular emphasis on tourism and environment.
The three year strategic investment plan of Beit Sahour Municipality was focused into four domains:
1. Infrastructure development and maintenance.
2. Directing and encouraging economic growth particularly in the tourism sector.
3. Increasing social services to encourage the development of marginalized populations such as youth, women, minorities, the unemployed and persons with special needs. Infrastructure development and maintenance.
4. Support and encourage a green and clean environment.
