General Information
The Archaeological State Collection in Munich has a collection of artefacts representing central European and Mediterranean Arts and Archaeology. We have about 60 employees responsible for the main collection and 11 daughter museums in Bavaria. The budgetary provided by the state is fixed to different sectors of our work (conservation, research, museum work etc.). For exhibitions and public affairs the regular budget p.a. is about 90.000 €.
