New Theatre Helsinki (NTH) is a performing arts initiative promoting diversity and inclusiveness in the field of performing arts in Finland, and through networks in the other Nordic countries. It makes also strategic work towards a structural change both at the local and national levels in the field of performing arts in Finland.
The project has 2 different activities organised together with Finnish partners:
- New Theatre Helsinki will organise together with Ubuntu Film Club a Creative Writing Workshop at the Free City of Kalasatama in Redi in Helsinki.
Creative writing is also a way to expand the narratives and new young writers also widen the representation.

Ubuntu Film Club's motto is “Expanding narratives, with a twist of fun, one film at a time”. Admission to UFC events is free, as the goal is to open doors for everyone, regardless of socioeconomic status.
