Open call for participation - Application deadline extended until 31 July 2023 (23:59 Central European Summer Time)

This peer-to-peer e-learning opportunity is designed by and for civil society entities. With 10 expertly crafted programmes harnessing the expertise of the Anna Lindh Foundation members, you will learn practical approaches and discover new interaction methodologies to enrich your practical experience.

You may choose up to 2 training modules. In the online application form below, please specify your preferences as per the order of priority. The ALF Secretariat will try as much as possible to accommodate your interests. Upon completion, a certificate will be awarded to those who actively participate in at least 90% of the scheduled sessions.

Training module 1:
Frame the Change: Empowering NGOs with Ethical Storytelling & Photography (in English)

There is some truth in that, however, the complete truth lies in that: each one of us, genuinely, has a different way of getting along with life. Getting to know how the people around us feel, think and act, as well as what has influenced them from their background is important in fostering a deep understanding and meaningful rapport. Mastering the Modern World: Building Movements, Skills & Strategies (in English)

July 18th, 20th, 25th & 27th, September 5th, 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th, 18:00 - 20:00 CEST 

6 trainers from 6 ALF countries will provide a hands-on training on the following topics: imagination, digital mindfulness, sincere diplomacy, media literacy, strategic and creative thinking, developing leadership and trust, project development. Bridging Boundaries: Empowering Civil Society with Intercultural Media Campaigns (in English)

Enhance your Capacity Academy (in English)

July 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th, (August dedicated to coaching), September 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th, 16:00 - 18:00 CEST

Enrol into a hands-on experience in project management, applying the know-how into practice right away, with the support of an experienced coach and peer-to-peer learning. The training will be based on an interactive online learning space and live sessions using non-formal education methods. More info

Gender Mainstreaming in Intercultural Management (in English)
