General Information

مؤسسة مجتمع مدني مصرية مستقلة، تأسست في عام 2018، مسجلة وفقًا للقانون المصري كشركة استشارات وأبحاث، بهدف تعزيز المشاركة المجتمعية والمسائلة وخاصة على مستوي المحليات. من خلال التركيز على التقاطع بين مكونات المدينة والحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، انطلاقًا من نصوص المواثيق الدولية والدستور المصري.
تتكون الأنسان والمدينة من مجلس إدارة مكون من خمس أفراد :3 سيدات و2 رجال، و14 موظف/ة.
وتتنوع مصادر التمويل بين التعاون مع مؤسسات شريكة، وتقديم استشارات في مجالات الأبحاث والتدريب.
تعتمد المؤسسة في عملها على آليات الأبحاث والمناصرة والرصد والتوثيق والتقاضي الاستراتيجي، مستهدفةً مجموعات متنوعة من أكاديميين وطلاب وصحفيين ومبدعين وسياسيين ومشرّعين ومسؤولين حكوميين.
تتميز المؤسسة بتنوع إنتاجها، حيث تُقدم رؤي وسياسات عامة بديلة تتوافق مع مبادئ حقوق الإنسان من خلال:
• الأوراق البحثية.
• التقارير الرصدية.
• الخرائط التفاعلية.
• تنظيم الندوات والمعارض الثقافية.
• تدريب الباحثين.
وتندرج إصدارات المنصة تحت خمسه ملفات أساسية:
• السياسات العمرانية.
• العدالة البيئية.
• الحماية الاجتماعية.
• السياسات الصحية.
• حماية التراث.

Mission and Objectives

وتسعى المؤسسة إلى بناء بيئة مرنة تدمج بين العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية ومبادئ حقوق الأنسان مع السياسات العامة والتنمية الحضرية للدولة من خلال البحث والتوثيق والأنشطة الفنية والثقافية المختلفة، للوصول إلى جمهور يهتم بفهم عميق للقضايا المحلية، واكتشاف زوايا مختلفة لها مبنية على التحليل، مع تطوير سياسات الخطاب لجذب جمهور من الجيل الجديد، وتوفير مساحة للتعلم تعتمد على الممارسة والمناقشة والتفاعل مع القضايا المختلفة، لبناء جيل ذو معرفة ثرية وقادر على اتخاذ القرارات.
وتُعد "الإنسان والمدينة" حلقة وصل يتشابك فيها مختلف أطياف المجتمع مع القضايا الحية، من خلال التحرك في مساحات ذات طابع غير تقليدي تعتمد على التجربة والتفكيك، وبناء لغة مشتركة لتحقيق مبادئ المناصرة والمشاركة المجتمعية.
وتكسر "الإنسان والمدينة" مفاهيم الساحات الثقافية التقليدية، فهي تسعى إلى بناء ساحة ثقافية افتراضية بالاستفادة من الإمكانيات المتاحة، وملء فراغات هذا العالم، من خلال شقّ سبل لآفاق فكرية جديدة تساهم في تحقيق مفاهيم المشاركة المجتمعية والعدالة وتحسين جودة الحياة.
الرؤية:
المساهمة في بناء وعي مجتمعي حول حق الإنسان في عيش حياة ذي جودة عالية، والتشابك مع المجتمعات والطبقات المختلفة في سبيل تحقيق هذا الوعي، بهدف تطبيق قيم العدالة الاجتماعية وتعزيز التسامح وعدم التمييز والإسهام في مشاركة المواطنين في رسم السياسات العامة، وحقهم في الوصول للمعلومات والمشاركة في رسم خطط تنمية عامة عادلة.

Main Projects / Activities

الأنشطة الرئيسية للمؤسسة:
- إنتاج الأبحاث المتعلقة بتحليل الأوضاع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في مصر وعلاقتها بالتنمية الحضرية داخل المدن وتأثرها بالتغيرات المناخية.
- الحملات الإليكترونية مثل:
إسكندرية لا تري البحر" لتوعية المواطنين بحقوقهم في رؤية البحر والاستمتاع به فى مواجهة خطة الدولة والمستثمرين للبناء على شواطئ الإسكندرية، وخصخصتها.
حملات لتوعية المواطنين بآثار التغيرات المناخية، والأضرار البيئية لتقلص المسحات الخضراء داخل المدينة.
- التدريبات مثل:
تنظيم الدورة الأولي من برنامج باحثي المدينة|City Scholars كمسار تدريبي ذو طابع أكاديمي ومهني، يستهدف تطوير مهارات ومعارف مجموعة منتقاة وتخريج باحثين لديهم القدرة على إجراء الأبحاث، والقيام بالرصد والتوثيق، وتحليل التحولات الاجتماعية والعمرانية والتغييرات البيئية، كنواة لتكوين مجتمع من شباب الباحثين وتوفير فرص للتدريب والتطوير والنشر.
المشاركة فى تنظيم الدورة الخامسة من مخيم المختبر الحضري (ULC) في الإسكندرية، بالتعاونFriedrich-Ebert (FES).
- تنظيم الندوات، المعارض الثقافية مثل: تنظيم فاعليات 7 ألوان فى المدينة " معرض فوتوغرافي وخرائط لرصد تقلص المساحات الخضراء الحضرية والشواطئ المتاحة للمواطنين، والتلوث المائي بالإسكندرية والجزر الحرارية، وأنماط السكن اللائق. توازي مع المعرض إقامة عدد من الندوات باستضافة باحثين ونشطاء وصناع قرار لتوعية المواطنين بالآثار السلبية بالموضوعات المستهدفة بالمعرض.

يمكن لمركز الإنسان والمدينة للأبحاث الإنسانية والاجتماعية المساهمة في شبكة الأنا ليند في مصر من خلال عدة طرق:

1. البحث والتحليل: يمكن للمركز إجراء الأبحاث والتحليلات حول القضايا والتحديات التي تواجه الشبكة والمجتمع المصري بشكل عام، مما يساعد في فهم الديناميات وتقديم الحلول الفعالة.

2. التدريب والتثقيف: يمكن للمركز تقديم برامج تدريبية وورش عمل لأعضاء الشبكة والمجتمع المحلي حول مواضيع مختلفة، مثل حقوق الإنسان، والعدالة المناخية، والعدالة البيئية، والتنمية المستدامة.

3. الشراكات والتعاون: يمكن للمركز تطوير شراكات مع منظمات محلية ودولية والعمل معها على تنفيذ مشاريع وبرامج تهدف إلى تعزيز المجتمع وتحقيق التغيير الإيجابي.

Mission and Objectives

1- to spread the understanding of the human rights and the respect for the
marginalized groups in general by improving the professional skills of the inhabitants of undeveloped villages and slums and to serve the efforts of the States and the civil society towards the modernization and the development in all aspects of life - social, economic and cultural - through cultural programs and technical supports.
2 - to spread the culture of beauty and fight ugliness by helping to improve the standard of living, further education and treat such social problems as early marriage in developing regions and valuation of the value of work among young people and empowerment of women.
3 - to create new jobs through workshops for traditional crafts and designs.
4 - to change the concept of art by bringing culture to the streets where those, who do not have access to the closed halls of art, theaters, cinemas, universities and other cultural institutions, may become part of an open and free cultural growth.
5 - to change the homes of the poor people into works of art.
6 - Diversity within the societies through to reduce exclusion and conflict by bringing people together; projects that target new audiences and create new places for showcasing culture.

Main Projects / Activities

Introduction:
Utopia is a project for the development and reformulation & urban harmony of villages with a visual, cultural program using the creativity of youngs and artists from all over the world and through the partnership with civil and official associations and other institutions. The aim is to establish a system for the reduction of poverty by improving the economic conditions and supporting the social development, the environmental health, the education and sustainable development for the people living in these areas and acceptance of pluralism and cultural diversity, mutual respect between societies, religions and beliefs, acknowledgment of rule of law and fundamental freedoms in the Mediterranean regions.

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?

we are dreaming to change and to develop the poor villages and the slums with art and culture.

there are (14) civil association in this union,all of them wok in serving maternal and childhood in Sohag governorate.the structure of the head organization has (3) staff members; executive director, secretary,and accountant . the sources of funding are membership subscription fees ,donation and grants. The Motherhood and Childhood union established a forum for civil associations working in the field. holding seminars and workshops to raise awareness and making events to exchange experience among unions and associations serving motherhood and childhood.

الجمعية الوطنية لحقوق الانسان تتكون من جمعية عمومية ومجلس ادارة يتكون من 7 اعضاء وخمس لجان هي لجنة تنمية الديمقراطية - الشئون الصحية-- الاحصاء وقياس الرأي -- الدفاع عن الحقوق والحريات العامة -- التثقيف والتوعية - بها اثنين موظفين وتمويل الجمعية من تبرعات مجلس الادارة واشتراكات الأعضاء وتعمل في مشاريع ملموسة معظم تمويل انشطة الجمعية ونفقاتها تبرع من رئيس مجلس الادارة ولم تتلقي الجمعية أي تمويل من أي جهة منذ تأسيسها حتي الان رغم أنها مسجلة في المفوضية الاوروبية برقم 127-142/L/ACT/EG واشتركت الجمعية مع مركز ابن خلدون في مراقبة الانتخابات في 2005 -2008 -2010 كما اشتركت مع المجلس القومي لحقوق الانسان في تقييم حالة حقوق الانسان في مصر عام 2009

ولقد قامت الجمعية في مجال الدراسات بعمل مشروع الخبز علي الابواب ودخلت في صراع قانوني مع وزير التضامن في عام 2007 - ثم اقامت مشروع لمساعدة المرضي غي القادرين للعلاج علي نفقة الدولة كما قامت بالدفاع عن ضحايا الاعتقالات والتوقيف دون حكم قضائي - والدفاع عن ضحايا الفساد في اثناء الفترة الماضية - كما قامت بمراقبة الانتخابات الرلمانية عام 2005 والانتخابات المحلية عام 2008 والانتخابات البرلمانية عام 2010 وذلك بالاشتراك مع مركز ابن خلدون

Mission and Objectives

TSF is a non-partisan, not-for-profit organization that works to bring lasting and sustainable changes to social and economic problems. It is established as a research, training and policy hub to respond to the challenges
confronting Egypt and the Middle East North Africa region at large. The Foundation envisions seeing marginalized and vulnerable populations in Egypt capable of living a quality of life where technological innovation, education and economic empowerment are leveraged on sustainability. Our experts aspire to work hand-in-hand with all relevant stakeholders on the ground; including and not limited to; academic institutions, corporations, government agencies, nonprofits and individuals. Our plan is to advise national governments on issues related to sustainable development and implement the projects with all stakeholders involved. We focus on providing social and economic opportunities for all people regardless their racial profile, gender, age, religious beliefs or disability. Our uniqueness also comes in our approach to each of these sectors, as we believe in integrating media, the arts, sports and technology to find solutions that are innovative, engaging and long lasting.

Main Projects / Activities

TSF has broad interests in many sectors such as climate and society, education, healthcare, mental health, renewable energy, and public welfare. At TSF we promote sustainable, scalable, community-led progress towards the use of scientifically validated interventions. We ensure ownership of governments, local and community stakeholders. One of our core beliefs is increasing capacity and community empowerment through training and knowledge sharing with local governments and Community Based Organizations (CBOs). Partnering with the public and private sectors, innovative NPOs, universities, leading experts, and the international donor community to continually improve and coordinate development strategies. Public awareness and combatting stigmatized segments of the society is one of our main strategic areas of interest. Awareness about mental health issues, struggles and creating opportunities for stigmatized psychiatric and psychologically affected individuals to become completely integrated, functional, productive and most importantly passionate about their lives in the bigger society are our main objectives.

We bring in local and international expertise in working in sustainable development. Our ideas are innovative and unorthodox as we try to address the chronic problems we have been facing in our region using arts, sports and use of technology to make the beneficiaries more engaged ensuring buy in and sustainability of whatever we have planned in our projects. We are sure our inputs will be enriching to all members of this esteemed network.

We would like to share our experiences with other members of the network and learn from their experiences in order not to reinvent the wheel in any way. The association has four units(1-legal aid unit where it provides free legal help for the marginalized and poor women.2-community development unit,where the association works on helping the women who dont have legal documents(National ids and birth certificates) to get it and work on illiteracy .3-psychological advice unit ,where we provide advice for battered women.the association consisted of 6 employees.

The association was established in the Great Sea district, Giza governorate which is a densely populated area of the poor who are suffering a lot of problems, especially women who suffer from poverty, marginalization and violence. From this scope we can contribute in achieving the desired human rights in this neighborhood through different projects we plan to achive
