The Goethe-Institut is the Federal Republic of Germany’s cultural institution operational worldwide. We promote the study of German abroad and encourage international cultural exchange. We also foster knowledge about Germany by providing information on its culture, society and politics. With our network of Goethe-Institutes, Goethe-Centers, cultural societies, reading rooms and exam and language centers we have played a central role in the cultural and educational policies of Germany for over 50 years. We draw our information from the many sections of our cosmopolitan society and culture, combining the experience and ideas of our partners with our cross-cultural expertise. Mission and Objectives

Acting on behalf of the Federal Republic of Germany Goethe-Institut e.V. promotes various issues of foreign cultural and educational policy.
According to its statute, the three principal objectives of the institute are:
• to promote the study of the German language abroad
• to encourage international cultural cooperation
• to convey an all-round image of Germany by providing information on its culture, society and politics.

Main Projects / Activities

Goethe-Institut sets internationally recognized standards in the teaching and learning of German as a foreign language. It runs language courses, compiles teaching materials, trains teachers, contributes to scientific research and participates in politico language initiatives.
Goethe-Institut monitors trends in Germany and encourages cultural collaboration across the globe by organizing programs of events and making contributions to various festivals and exhibitions in the fields of film, dance, theatre, literature and translation.
Libraries and information centers, forums for discussion, diverse print-, audio- and video-publications and our visitors’ service aim to paint a contemporary portrait of Germany, promoting international discourse on the key concerns of what is becoming an increasingly global society

General Information
HADAF Center for Human Rights, a national, autonomous, non – profit, and professional specialized human rights organization, was established in the Gaza Strip by a group of human rights, democracy, good governance, and peace activists. Licensed in 2004 from the Ministry of Interior Affairs under the number 7401, and the Ministry of Culture under the number 82/G/2004800, HADAF is one of the pioneer national organizations specialized in the field of enhancing respect and advocacy of human rights, and educating and disseminating the culture of human rights, democracy and good governance in the Palestinian society, with the aim of ,contributing with others, in establishing a democratic, developed, civilized, and civil Palestinian society. HADAF has (7) staff, in addition to 5 volunteers. Regarding financial resources for 2009, we have 120000 EURO. For its sources, HADAF depends on WFD, NHRF, UNDP, and EU. Actions include: research, education and awareness, and advocacy.
Mission and Objectives

Mission:
HADAF is dedicated to enhancing respect and advocacy of human rights, and promoting the culture of human rights, democracy and good governance among all Palestinian categories, with focus on women and youth issues, through implementing relevant programs, and activities using the most modern and professional approaches.
Objectives:
1. To strengthen the capacity building of HADAF.
2. To get better understanding of issues relating to the state of human rights with focus on rights, their well-being and protection in the Gaza Strip.
3. To contribute in promoting human rights, democracy, good governance and the rule of law among Palestinian citizens with focus on youth.
4. To enable a more responsive social, political, legal and economic support for human rights, democracy and good governance at community and national levels.
5. To enhance democracy and the Palestinian Legislative Council.

Hanan Center for Community Development established in Salfit  district as an independent NGO in 2013. after 9 years in community development work in partnership with other local NGOs. We implemented community development projects since 2004 in Salfit region, in human rights, capacity building, women empowerment and children programs. Including all types of activities that help to reach our goals. We success to build a very good network of relationships inside Palestine, and that helped us to improve our work and to raise the capacity of our staff. We work for Palestinian community respected and practice human rights values. In general assembly we have 65 members, with 7 board members. we implemented many projects" Salfit youth parliament, Women empowerment, life without violence possible, social emotional trainings" Which funded from SIDA

Implementation of seminars, conferences, workshops , Issuance all kinds of publications. our goals To raise the knowledge of human rights, lobbying for it, to reach a change toward awareness's and practices for human rights articles as entrenched in all international conventions, especially as contained in the Geneva Conventions, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Barcelona Declaration, all conventions and protocols and international instruments adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations. Reduce various forms of discrimination in  the community. Promote the values ​​of equality and acceptance of the other "different" and respect for privacy Developing the role of women in society, promote her capacity and enhance her performance in  different sectors. Increase youth awareness about their community and to develop their capacity for building an active role in the Society development.

We have now two main programs, first “Rowwad-Know your rights” it’s a youth program with 125 participants, this program to strength youth in human rights and their lives, second program is for women to build “Woman Rights Watch”. Which funded from SIDA

جمعية مركز حواء للثقافة والفنون جمعية نسويه خيرية ثقافية اجتماعية فلسطينية تعمل من مدينة نابلس في خدمة المرأة الفلسطينية خصوصا وعموم المجتمع الفلسطيني. تتمثل مهمة جمعية حواء للثقافة الفنون في خدمة وتنمية الفئات المختلفة للمجتمع الفلسطيني وخصوصا قطاع المرأة والفئات المهشمة وتحسين الوضع الثقافي والمعرفي والمعيشي والاجتماعي وإكسابهم الإدارة السليمة من أجل الوصول لبيئة تنموية محفزة للإبداع ومناسبة للأجيال القادمة من أجل إحداث تنمية ثقافية وفكرية ومعرفية مستدامة. ولتحقيق هذه المهمة تسعى الجمعية لتوفير كل طاقاتها وإمكانياتها المادية والبشرية لتوفير جميع الخدمات المطلوبة من خلال البرامج والمشاريع التنموية والتطويرية ذات الطابع الاستمراري. تأسست جمعية مركز حواء للثقافة والفنون في مدينة نابلس عام 1994 م. وحصلت على ترخيص من وزارة الثقافة وترخيص من وزارة الداخلية سنة 1998.¬¬¬¬¬¬ يبلغ عدد أعضاء الهيئة العامة للجمعية 100 سيدة ويديرها مجلس ادارة يتم انتخابه كل ثلاث سنوات مكون من 9 سيدات.       حرصا من الجمعية على الحفاظ على الثقافة الفلسطينية وتعزيز الانتماء وتثبيت الهوية الفلسطينية، والاهتمام بالفن الملتزم كإطار هام للتعريف بتاريخ وتطور الشعب الفلسطيني وقضيته الوطنية العادلة ومحاربة للظواهر السلبية في المجتمع وتعزيز القيم الحضارية الإنسانية،  جاءت الجمعية لتعزز قدرات المرأة والأطفال والشباب وترفع مستواهم الثقافي وتمنحهم الفرصة للتعبير عن الذات وخلق البيئة والظروف الملائمة لهم لتحقيق هذه الأهداف النبيلة. برامج الجمعية: تقدم الجمعية خدماتها وفقا لنظامها الداخلي لتحقيق رسالتها في إطار البرامج التالية: 1-برنامج التدريب والتأهيل: ويعني هذا البرنامج بعقد الدورات التدريبية والأيام الدراسية وورش العمل المتخصصة في المجالات التي ترتئيها إدارة الجمعية من اجل تحقيق رسالتها وأهدافها. 2. برنامج الفلكلور والفن الشعبي:  ويعني هذا البرنامج بالأمور الفنية والتراثية والفلكلور الشعبي  من خلال فرقة كنعان والأعمال المسرحية والتراثية المتنوعة والتي سيكون ذروتها افتتاح وتشغيل البيت الكنعاني. 3-برنامج المنتدى الثقافي: ويعني هذا البرنامج بالأعمال الثقافية والفكرية التي تعزز الهوية الوطنية للشعب الفلسطيني وتعبر عن انتمائه لثقافته الوطنية وتعزيز روح الثقافة والفن الملتزم للشعب الفلسطيني. 4- برنامج المساعدات الاجتماعية: ويعني هذا البرنامج بإسناد الحالات الاجتماعية والأسر الفقيرة والأيتام واسر الشهداء والأسرى والفئات المهشمة لتعزيز صمودهم وتقديم الحد الأدنى من لقمة العيش لقوتهم وقوت أبنائهم من خلال المساعدات الموسمية والدائمة ومن خلال الرعاية والدعم للأيتام وأسر الشهداء والأسرى.
