• Organize economic roundtables among youth, policymakers and experts from various backgrounds (political and nonpolitical). • Hold regular brainstorming and consultation sessions with relevant policymakers • Issue policy briefs and policy initiatives • Train and coach youth groups to policy design and policymaking mechanisms.

1- Trained 60 teachers on "Active Citzenship towards Sustainable Development" from 12 different schools in Lebanon.
2- Trained 850 students (age 12 to 16) on the same theme above.
3- Run 12 different social initiatives projects (by the students) in 12 different ruaral areas, involving the local communities.
4- Trained 258 teachers from 11 schools on "Psychology of learning, Student Leadership, Cooperative Learning)
5- Trained 23 school principals on stategic planning and development.

 مشروع الخدمة المجتمعيّة
تنفّذ الجمعية قرار وزير التربية والتعليم العالي رقم 607 م/2016 حول تطبيق مشروع خدمة المجتمع في المرحلة الثانويّة وتعميم دليل المشروع الصادر عن المركز الوطنيّ للبحوث؛ حيث حدّد القرارفي المادّة الثالثة منه على ما يأتي:
تحدّد ساعات خدمة المجتمع في المرحلة الثانويّة بـ 60 ساعة خدمة، على مدى سنوات المرحلة الثانويّة الثلاث، فتكون 45 ساعة منها ساعات خدمة فعليّة ، و15 ساعة تخصّص للتخطيط والتحضير والمناقشة والتقويم، مع إمكانيّة تنفيذ كامل هذه الساعات خلال السنتين الثانويّتين الأولى والثانية.
تمنح الجمعيةشهادة لطلّاب الخدمة المجتمعيّة تبعًا لنظام الساعات المطبّق.
 مشروع الدورات التدريبيّة
تدريب ما يقارب من 700 شاب وشابة سنويًّا، بين عمر 15-24 سنة، على معلومات ومهارات متعلّقة بالمواضيع التطوّعيّة الآتية:
• مفهوم العمل التطوّعيّ؛
• التطوّع في المجالات الصحّيّة والاجتماعيّة؛
• كتابة المشاريع وتمويلها؛
• المهارات الحياتيّة الأساسيّة؛
• دورات متخصّصة (منشّطي أطفال، كيفيّة التعامل مع المسنّ وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصّة، الإسعافات الأوّليّة، بيئة، وغيرها من الدورات التي تعمل على بناء الشخصيّة)؛
• القيادة الايجابيّة.

 مشروع مخيّمات العمل التطوّعيّة
تنفيذ اكثر من 5 مخيّمات سنويًّا تدريبيّة وخدمة مجتمع
• القيام بحملات بيئيّة وتأهيل جدران المدارس في مدارس القرى؛
• القيام ببرامج تدريبيّة منها (تقدير الذات وصنع القرار، تعزيز الشفافيّة، نشاطات للأطفال)؛
• حملات توعية في مدارس القرى للحوادث المنزليّة، الصحّة الإنجابيّة ؛المخدّرات والإدمان والتدخين؛ .
• تأهيل مبنى المدينة الكشفيّة في سمار جبيل؛
• إنشاء حديقة للأطفال في مخيم الربيع في مدرسة المرج البقاعيّة؛
• دورات عن القيادة الايجابيّة.

Zico House has inside and outside projects. By inside, we mean events that are presented in Zico House, on the roof, in the garden, on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor. This is where small events take place with a maximum of 80 persons per event. Exhibitions, movie projections, installations, concerts, poetry readings, etc… are part of the monthly yearly program. On the other hand, Zico House is the organizer of the Beirut Street Festival, the first street festival in Lebanon and in the region. The BSF aims at presenting the best of European, African, American, Arabic and Lebanese street events. It stresses on collaboration between foreign and Lebanese artists for the creation of a site-specific performances. Zico House is also the organizer of Al-Mawsam, a project aiming at reviving forgotten cultural spaces with an artistic diverse program.

Zoukak - Theatre Company and Cultural Association – was created in 2006 in order to develop a platform in theatre and performing arts, a channel of social change, in a country that lacks adequate public cultural and social policies.
Since 2008, following its will to promote a theatre and performing art culture in Lebanon for both the public and the practitioners, Zoukak opened “Zoukak Studio”, serving as a creation, performance and workshop space with a free rehearsal and performance access for local performing artists.
Zoukak intervenes on the artistic, psychosocial and education levels. It produces theatrical work inspired from both the local and international cultural heritage and it leads psychosocial theatre interventions thanks to practical actions within communities in emergency situations and marginalized fractions of the society. It supports local creations in performing arts through providing studio time, work material and artistic counselling, develop an environment of dialogue around theatre practices and socio-cultural topics and creates a space to share related skills through residencies, encounters, open studios, workshops and discussions with artists and experts from Lebanon and abroad. It develops a theoretical and practical framework in drama-therapy and ensures knowledge transfer through “train the trainer” programs. It provides theatre lessons to adults and children and performs trainings and workshops for students and practitioners.

…100 trainings of trainers on social, psycho-social and drama therapy tools and education through theatre across Lebanon with more than 3000 educators, animators, social workers and psychologists;
…54 cities around the world, 60 schools and 40 villages across Lebanon, 10 Palestinian camps and gatherings;
…more than 50 partners and collaborators of local and international cultural structures and NGOs, in addition to many individuals
