- Training – providing academic and professional training programs to enhance production efficiency among skilled workers both regionally and globally
Stabilization and Empowerment – training human resources , encouraging them to perform tasks using modern scientific methods , and expanding their expertise in various fields
Employment – increase the capacities and skills of unemployed human resources to engage in the labor markets through the available jobs in Jordan or establishing their own projects , and supplying the local markets in Jordan and other labor markets with trained ,qualified and globally certified young workers .

Through these programs , we will be filling the gap existing in the field of human development and training, and we are working and cooperating with local institutions , national and international organizations concerned with youth, kids and women and to work together with them give the targeted bodies the necessary training and quality education.
We are currently cooperating and contracting with specialized training centers in the field of renewable energy and to provide training programs in this area and create qualification cadres in this field , which is nourishing in Jordan, especially in the southern regions.
Through cooperation with major centers , we will provide specialized courses for many of the unemployed to be later as the nucleus of training staff, and thus creating job opportunities for them, in addition to the creation of logistics jobs to be provided in the long run.

The NOIVA Foundation has set itself the task of working in the Middle East region in such a way that a common vision for peaceful coexistence and reconciliation can emerge. As a Swiss organization, we see our function in mediating and developing a reconciliation strategy. We are committed to people who are willing to have a new experience regardless of political, cultural and religious boundaries: It is possible to give and gain trust despite everything, to build friendships, to realize joint projects that lead to new jobs and a new common perspective. Mutual appreciation and respect, despite all differences, will change the Middle East for good. Contrary to the common perception that "lasting peace" is an impossibility in this region, we are passionately committed to making it an example of friendship and charity in action.
Educational Initiative L.I.F.T.: Training, learning groups learn2live, Arab-UP L.I.F.T. are the educational projects of NOIVA. L.I.F.T. Training: we provide capacity building trainings for caretakers, volunteers and parents to empower them to assist their children in their education and emotional and social development -> see the attached documentation "L.I.F.T". learning groups learn2live (Math, Arabic and Life Skills), Arab-UP (Arabic and Life Skills): we train learning facilitators from the community, equip them with materials and manuals for basic Math, Arabic and Life Skills topics in order for them to tutor 3-4 times a week groups of 10 children from their neighbourhood in their homes or in a center. The facilitators are regularly trained and supervised by NOIVA staff and get compensated for their work. Currently we do have 15 groups running in Mafraq City. Another 9 groups are planned for Jordan Valley. -> see the attached documentations "NOIVA education initiative". Peacemaker Courses/Groups: The „connect“ initiative is gathering groups all over Jordan in sessions to engage them in peacemaker topics and empower them to be the change makers and peace builders in their families, neighbourhoods and communities. It is driven by the belief, that change starts in the heart and mind of people. -> see attached document "connect" Lightup.ME Music Project: Musicians from different backgrounds and nationalities join together to write, record, publish and perform songs and music that touch people's hearts. Peace is the overall message that is encouraged melodies, instruments and words. The songs are made available to a wide audience, primarily through social media. On social media platforms, specially built for this project, an exchange between people and an opportunity to share art is created - art that speaks of the hope that the future will be better than the present - art that speaks the language of forgiveness and reconciliation and aims for peace. Events will be organized in a context where on the one hand the created songs are performed, but on the other hand also offer a platform for other artists. Listen to the first song, HOPE on https://youtu.be/MdiT70Ly0No A "concert for peace" is planned in cooperation with King Hussein Foundation and the National Music Conservatory in September 2022. Mobile Dental Clinic: Dental care is a major problem in Jordan for the poorer sections of the population, to which most refugees belong. This starts with the often unbalanced diet and the lack of oral hygiene in everyday life. When a visit to the dentist is urgently needed, money is often lacking. NOIVA Health has recognized the great need for dental treatment and built a mobile dental clinic based on a former field hospital. The fold-out container is transported by truck and brings the dentists directly to those regions where they are most urgently needed. The mobile dental clinic is running since 2019. Around 2000 dental treatments are performed annually - tooth extraction, caries treatment, root canal therapy and dental hygiene. To prevent this from happening in the future, preventive work is being carried out.
We are interested to support and complement ongoing efforts in peace building initiatives and non-formal education in the region with our trainings and courses. Music and Art are great tools to connect people and have the power to overcome walls and prejudices
We believe we do have similar mission and vision statements and are working towards the same goal - empowering individuals and thus communities to be active catalysts towards a more open, inclusive and peaceful future. We believe that we have to join forces to amplify the voices of peace in a time such as this. We need to make another, new, hopeful reality visible and accessible for people than the narrative politics and media are portraying.

We are a new collective, working in the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region and globally. We currently are composed of 5 volunteer staff, comprised of different ages, genders, and nationalities. We function in a collective style, in which no one person is in command; instead we come to collective, group decisions through a voting system. Our budget is at present limited; we are currently working on applying for funding and obtaining partners through local and international sources, as well as working towards local and regional partnerships (please check our website) The modalities of our actions are: applied arts workshops within communities, podcast series, online professional performances
Our aim is to supply creative and engaging solutions for expressing and sharing real life narratives mainly from the MENA (Middle East North Africa) with a wider audience, while retaining the anonymity of our participants (participants come from a range of backgrounds, including but not limited to: displaced persons and refugees, women, and youth) . Our goal is to raise discussions on contemporary regional topics through the use of multimedia (podcasts, workshops, radio plays, online performances) reaching a global audience on our online platform.
Our main projects this year (so far) will include: Aswatna/ Our Voices: a bi-lingual (Arabic and English) podcast series, exploring eastern and western canon literature and plays through performative readings (radio- plays) by our participants, followed by in depth discussions from experts in the field, examining the works through the lens of contemporary social topics, particular to but not limited within, the MENA region. First Professional Performance: Weam's Monologues. This is an original piece that will be performed by female performers, producing the work of the late Weam Aldairi, a theatre artist and Gazan refugee. Performers are of Palestinian, Iraqi and Syrian origin. Original piece will be performed by a professional actress, with the individual monologues (5) recorded anonymously by the performers, mostly first time performers.
We believe we can contribute immensely to the regional Network in Jordan. Working with local participants and partners, to effect small changes and transformations at a local level can affect powerful, positive ripples through a community. Our core group are diverse, comprised of women and displaced persons, and we are using our lived knowledge and experiences to inform our work. As well, we thoroughly believe in working collaboratively with communities and individuals, introducing those who have never had access or understanding of why arts can be an effective tool for developing and transforming our societies. Our online platform will be utilized by our participants, for them to tell their stories, and share their unique perspective with the world, maintaining agency over their work. We believe that once we open our arms, and our hearts, to the possibility of art; as a tool for development, for connection, and for overcoming barriers, we open ourselves and our societies, to the possibility of transformation.
Joining the ALF Network will give us the opportunity to stay abreast of regional and international opportunities, to reach out to potential local partners, and to inform others in the Anna Lindh circles of our work. We also ally ourselves firmly with your aim of promoting dialogue between cultures, and working in the core areas of (though not limited to): community development, arts, youth and education, and gender. We firmly believe we would be a positive contribution to your network , and look forward to assisting other groups in enhancing their projects, as well as benefitting from the input and participation of our peers.

Through the support of the Netherlands’ Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Partners-Jordan has been established in 2006, based on a needs assessment study that has been conducted in Jordan in 1994, as a local not for profit national center in Jordan. Since initiation, Partners-Jordan committed to advance civil society, promote mediation, conflict management, create culture of change, and encourage citizen participation in Jordan’s social and political development. Additionally the center focuses on strengthening ongoing government reform efforts by facilitating government-civil society dialogue and cooperation, and offers a range of skills and services designed to strengthen democracy and citizen participation, including: Promote in-country training and trainer expertise: To increase citizen participation, build consensus, and manage disputes. Provide change and dispute management services (e.g. mediation, facilitation of dialogues, conciliation and cooperative planning services) To help communities, government and business leaders resolve contentious local issues. Encourage new public policies using citizen participation processes To build “bottom-up” support for reform initiatives, laws on mediation, and civil society legal frame work reforms. Promote democratic development (through programs using change & dispute management skills) To result in: improved governance, strengthened civic leadership, and more effective and sustainable institutions. Furthermore, Partners Jordan is a member of Partners for Democratic Change International (PDCI), which is the international network of Partners Centers. PDCI facilitates the exchange of expertise between Centers and the mobilization of international teams of experts. In developing new Centers, Partners works with the PDCI to ensure the transfer of expertise, using experienced trainers from various countries to build new Centers’ training, application, and organizational development capacities. Partners for Democratic Change (Partners) is an international NGO committed to building sustainable local capacity to advance civil society and a culture of change and conflict management worldwide. Since inception in 1989, Partners has provided vital communication, negotiation, and cooperative planning skills to thousands of civic, NGO, municipal and national government leaders in nearly 50 countries.
