- Initiation of reading week - Distribution of portable libraries holding 100-125 books each in Arabic, English and French - Conducting workshops, TV scripts and pupet scripts to writers of children's books, as well as to illustrators, teachers and parents. - A yearly reading competition - Books exhibits - A guide for Setting up and Running a School Library - Bibliotherapy, as a technique to help children cope with trauma, was introduced by LBBY to teachers - Nominating candidates for national and international awards and honor lists - Nomination of an institution, organization for the IBBY-ASAHI award given by IBBY - A guide of selected books - A Book Vending Machine is another innovative project introduced by LBBY - Reading Corners For further and detailed information, please refer to our website www.lbby-lb.org
