The FGSU have 45000 students member in its ranks, distributed at the level of 43 university wilaya. The Organization funds based on the donations and the non-State assistance, also relies on annual contributions of its members. The Interested of our organization in defending of rights of students and young people, and revitalization of cultural and scientific atmosphere between the students, and strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and cooperation among young people in the Arab & Mediterranean regions, also we are interesting in the promotion of tolerance and dialogue as a way to resolve problems and conflicts.

Defending student and youth issues in general, and upgrading the university and its role, and positive interaction with developments arena student, university, national and international vision, based on the balance of the Federation and its achievements, and take into account the needs and requirements of the future.
To crystallize the vision and drafting, and the communication and understanding the dimensions and requirements, and download all of this into effect in the coming stages operates through the following levels:

General Information
Fondée en 1988, l'association IML s'est spécialisée dans les programmes éducatifs à l'université ou à l'institut pour étudiants internationaux en associant enseignement et culture, faisant un lien entre les études et le service à la collectivité. L'association a donné naissance à l'IMLS en 2001. L'institut assure la logistique des programmes internationaux et offre des services spécifiques aux étudiants qui souhaitent s’immerger dans la culture française et bénéficier d’un accompagnement pour les démarches administratives, académiques et solidaires (inscriptions, accueil à l’arrivée, hébergement en famille d’accueil, orientation, visite guidée de la ville, excursions, placement et suivi d’activités bénévoles, traduction de documents administratifs : diplômes, bulletins de notes…), transfert de notes etc...

Nos programmes représentent une combinaison unique de théorie dans les cours proposés, de pratique et d’implication sociale. Cette combinaison permet une meilleure intégration de l’étudiant dans la société, l’aide dans son apprentissage de la langue et dans son développement personnel .
Le volontariat permet aux individus de se connecter entre les différentes strates de la société et de créer des liens sociaux, liens indispensables à la cohésion sociale.

Main Projects / Activities

En plus des programmes de langues combinés avec le bénévolat dans la collectivité, l'IMLS a développé un programme en anglais portant sur les études euro-méditerranéennes comprenant:
1/ un cours de français pour l'acquisition de notions linguistiques de base ou en arabe (optionnel)
2/ un cours portant sur les institutions françaises .
Il aborde les enjeux majeurs de la société française et les réponses apportées par les institutions. Il complète les activités bénévoles des participants et tisse un lien entre savoir théorique et expérimentation.
3/ études des relations Euro-Méditerranéennes portant sur:
- les relations entre l'Europe et les pays du pourtour méditerranéen
-le Maghreb et la France
4/ Service volontaire
Il peut s'effectuer auprès de personnes démunies dans les quartiers défavorisés, dans les écoles sous forme d'ateliers de conversation (en partenariat avec le Rectorat de Montpellier).
Il permet l' immersion dans la collectivité et participe au maillage de la société
L'IMLS est associé avec International Partnership for Service-Learning (USA)

Nous développons un programme d'études euro-méditerranéennes pour anglophones portant sur les relations entre l'Europe et les pays du pourtour méditerranéen avec en clôture un séjour dans un pays du Maghreb. Le réseau du FAL encourage la diversité culturelle dans les pays du pourtour méditerranéen.
